The first time was in 1954, in the USSR times. And the second time was during the visit of US President Clinton in Moscow, I already mentioned that, in 2000. And both times we got a refusal, straight away. I repeat, we were ready for joint work, for non-linear steps in the area of security and global stability, but our Western colleagues were not ready to free themselves from the captivity of geopolitical and historical stereotypes, of a simplified schematic outlook of the world.
