there are always bad fruits in either basket. i work in the government but i work hard like that "private employee without civil service elgibility" and may mga private din na babagal-bagal at tatamad-tamad.

TAMAD at corrupt ang mga government employees dahil sa so called "Civil Service Eligibility" na 'yan, protected tenure? Eligible but incompetent? Kaliit-liitang mali nila publiko ang nagdudusa!!!
