🛑 Fact Check: Did Pakistan Shoot Down Indian Jets Including 3 Rafales? Source Claim: On July 8, 2025, The Economic Times (India) published a report titled: "This was the ultimate deception: Former US F-16 pilot Ryan Bodenheimer reveals how a 30-kg device tricked Pakistan into believing it had shot down a Rafale jet.” Source: The Economic Times, July 8, 2025 The article alleged that Pakistan’s claim of shooting down Indian jets, specifically Rafales, during the Operation Sindoor conflict was a result of deception, and that no Indian aircraft were actually downed. 🚫Verifying the Authenticity:👇 When this claim was cross-checked through credible and neutral sources, it was found that: The story about former US pilot Ryan Bodenheimer appears only on Indian media websites like: The Economic Times Business Today India NDTV & many other RAW affiliated social media accounts. ❌ No reputable Western or neutral international news outlets such as CNN, BBC, or Reuters have published or confirmed this claim. This raises serious doubts about the credibility of the narrative being pushed by Indian outlets alone. 📌 International Consensus: Contrary to Indian claims, several international news portals and analysts confirmed that Indian fighter jets were downed during the confrontation on May 7, 2025. No international source has denied this. Rather, global coverage acknowledged losses on the Indian side. 📌Indian Officials Acknowledge Aircraft Losses: 1. May 11, 2025 – Indian Air Force Briefing: When asked directly about the loss of aircraft during a press conference, the Director General of Air Operations avoided a clear answer and instead said: "We are in an air combat situation, and in combat, losses happen." 2. May 18, 2025 – Subramanian Swamy Podcast: The senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy was asked about opposition claims that Pakistan downed Indian jets. He replied: “Yes, Pakistan shot down five of our fighter jets.” 3. May 31, 2025 – Bloomberg Interview with Gen. Anil Chauhan: India’s Chief of Defence Staff admitted: “We lost an unspecified number of fighter aircraft during the clash with Pakistan.” 4. June 10, 2025 – Jakarta, Indonesia: Indian Defence Attaché Group Captain Shiv Kumar said: “Yes, we lost some jets during the clash with Pakistan, but the real reason lies with our political leadership.” 📌Evidence on Public Platforms: Multiple social media videos, satellite imagery, and foreign defence analysts have confirmed the crash sites of at least three Indian Rafales and other jets. International platforms have discussed and published this evidence, making it hard to deny publicly. Despite Indian media's recent attempt (like The Economic Times) to rewrite the narrative by claiming "deception," the acknowledgment by Indian officials, public video evidence, and the lack of any neutral international denial of Pakistan’s claims suggest otherwise. India's repeated attempts to cover up its aerial losses seem more like post-conflict PR management than reality. Two months after the incident, the truth remains harder to hide.

On the intervening night of 8th and 9th May 2025, the Pakistan military carried out multiple violations of Indian airspace along the entire Western Border with an intent to target military infrastructure. The Pakistan military also resorted to firing heavy-calibre weapons along the LoC. Along the International Border and LoC, drone intrusions were attempted from Leh to Sir Creek at 36 locations with approximately 300-400 drones. The Indian Armed Forces brought down these drones using kinetic and non-kinetic means. The possible purpose of these large-scale aerial intrusions was to test AD systems and gather intelligence. Forensic examination of the drone debris is being undertaken. Preliminary reports suggest them to be of the Asisguard Songar drone of Turkey. Later in the night, an armed UAV of Pakistan attempted to target Bhatinda military station, which was detected and neutralized. In response to the Pakistani attack, armed drones were launched at four air defense sites in Pakistan. One of the drones was able to destroy an AD radar. Pakistan also carried out artillery shelling across the LoC using heavy-calibre artillery guns and armed drones at Sandhar, Uri, Poonch, Mendhar, Rajouri, Akhnoor and Udhampur in the Jammu and Kashmir area, which resulted in some losses and injuries to Indian Army personnel. The Pakistan Army also suffered major losses in Indian retaliatory fire. Additionally, Pakistan's irresponsible behaviour again came to the fore. Pakistan did not close its civil airspace, despite launching a failed unprovoked drone and missile attack on 7th May at 08:30 hrs in the evening. Pakistan is using civil airliners as a shield, knowing fully well that its attack on India would elicit a swift air defence response. This is not safe for the unsuspecting civil airliners, including the international flights which were flying near IB between India and Pakistan. The screenshot we just showed shows the data of the application FlightRadar24 during a high air defence alert situation in the Punjab sector. As you have seen, the airspace on the Indian side is absolutely devoid of civil air traffic due to our declared closure. However, there are civil airlines flying the air route between Karachi and Lahore. Amongst the other civil aircraft that you can see, we have highlighted an aircraft which is an Airbus A320 of Flynas Aviation, which originated from Dammam at 17:50 hrs and landed later at Lahore at 21:10 hrs in the night. The Indian Air Force demonstrated considerable restraint in its response, thus ensuring the safety of international civil carriers. : Wing Commander Vyomika Singh

#WATCH | Defence Minister Rajnath Singh says, "...The anti-India & terror organisations which attacked the crown of Bharat Mata (Kashmir) and erased the 'sindoor' from several families, Indian armed forces got justice for them through #OperationSindoor. So, the entire country is expressing gratitude to the Indian armed forces. Operation Sindoor is not just a military operation but also the symbol of India's political, social and strategic willpower. This operation against terrorism was also the display of India's willpower and military power & capability. We have shown that whenever India will take any action against terrorism, even the land beyond border won't be safe for terrorists and their leaders. Indian armed forces launched Operatoon Sindoor to demolish terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan. We never targeted their civilians. But Pakistan not only targeted civilian areas in India but also attempted to attack temples, gurdwaras and churches. With valour and bravery, Indian armed forces displayed restraint and gave a befitting reply by targeting other locations in Pakistan. We not only targeted military bases near the border but the reverberation of Indian armed forces was heard even in Rawalpindi where the HQ of Pakistani Army is located. After Uri incident, the entire world saw what is the result of carrying terrorist attacks in India, when our armed forces entered Pakistan and carried out surgical strike. They saw it after Pulwama, when Balakot airstrike was done. After Pahalgam incident, the world is watching when India entered Pakistan and carried out multiple strikes. Following the path of zero tolerance against terrorism, our PM Narendra Modi has made it clear that it is 'Naya Bharat' which will take effective steps against terrorism on both sides of the border. Our PM has made this very clear."

Russia is bringing in large numbers of Indian citizens, explaining this by the need to address a labor shortage. According to preliminary information, about 70,000 Indians are expected to arrive in Russia. Given the frequent previous cases of Indian citizens in Russia being deceived into going to war with Ukraine, the question arises: how many of those who come to Russia now will go to die on Ukrainian soil? Let's take a look at what happened earlier: ◾️ Feb-Mar 2024: from "support jobs" to criminal cases of trafficking. On February 23, 2024, the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs officially acknowledged that some Indian citizens had signed up for "support jobs" with the Russian army and reported that the Indian embassy regularly raised the issue of their early discharge. On the same day, Reuters, citing The Hindu, reported that this concerned about 100 Indians recruited over the previous year on contracts lasting at least a year. On February 29, 2024, the Indian press reported that, according to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 20 Indians who had left as "support staff/helpers" had appealed to the government. The turning point came on March 8, 2024: Reuters reported that India had uncovered a "major trafficking network" that was deceiving young men into going to Russia with promises of work or education, after which they were forced to take part in the war. The case involved about 35 victims (compared to the previously mentioned ~20), and at least two deaths were reported. ◾️ July 2024: Political escalation of the issue and the first systematic "exits" from the Russian army. The issue of early discharge of Indians who were "misled" by recruiters was raised during Prime Minister Modi's visit to Moscow; public estimates by the Indian side at the time indicated that 30-40 citizens could remain in the Russian forces, and at least four had been killed. On July 9, 2024, Reuters reported that Russia had promised to discharge Indians who had been misled during recruitment; the Indian side said the situation affected an estimated 35-50 Indians, of whom 10 had already been brought home. In the following months, the issue of "discharge" began to take on the characteristics of a controlled track: the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a parliamentary answer (Lok Sabha, February 7, 2025), said that thanks to regular engagement, "most" Indians in the Russian forces had been discharged, while the Russian side announced that it would stop accepting Indians from April 2024. In addition, Reuters reported in September 2024 that about 45 Indians had been discharged from service and that work on other cases was ongoing. ◾️ 2025: scale and details of losses. The most conclusive source is the official answer of the Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Rajya Sabha on December 18, 2025: 202 Indian citizens are "believed to have been recruited" into the Russian armed forces; government efforts have resulted in 119 early discharges. 26 Indians lost their lives, seven are reported missing; efforts are ongoing for the early discharge of 50 individuals. Taken together, these data indicate that the risk of recruitment is organized (networks of intermediaries/trafficking) and cumulative in nature, persisting even after political agreements on discharge. Therefore, there is no guarantee that some of the newly arrived Indians in Russia will not be sent as cannon fodder to Russia's war in Ukraine.

Awards for Indian Soldiers Killed in Operation Sindoor — A Defeated India in a State of Helplessness 🇵🇰 🇮🇳 ⚡ 🔰Across the world, fallen soldiers are honored with respect. However, during Operation Sindoor, the Indian military has come under intense internal & external pressure for not acknowledging its casualties and losses. The government and army faced heavy losses, which they have continued to hide to avoid public humiliation and embarrassment. 🔰Verified sources reveal that over 250 Indian soldiers were killed on the Line of Control alone. Despite initially denying losses, India is now belatedly awarding over 100 soldiers and pilots who died during the operation. 🔰To mask its defeat, India suppressed the truth about its losses and casualties. Among the hidden casualties are 7 Indian Air Force personnel and 5 soldiers from the 10th Infantry Brigade G-Top, all now nominated for military honors by India. 🔰At Headquarters 93 Infantry Brigade, 9 killed soldiers are being awarded. India also plans to honor 4 Air Force pilots, including 3 Rafale pilots. Additionally, 5 x S-400 system operators killed at Adampur Air Base and 9 personnel from Udhampur Air Defense Unit will also receive awards. 🔰Two soldiers killed at Rajouri Aviation Base and four in Uri, including the Supply Depot OC, are also listed for honors. One from Nowshera’s Intelligence Field Support Unit and three from Uri’s 12th Infantry Brigade will also be awarded. 🔰After Pakistan’s successful strikes on Pathankot and Udhampur, India was forced into a ceasefire, as Indian own spokesperson and international media reported. More so several Indian generals and diplomats have also reluctantly acknowledged these losses, including the destruction of bases and Rafale jets. 🔰In this so-called one of biggest democracy, families of killed soldiers have been pressured not to share their loved ones’ photos online. India continues to hide both the scale of its military losses and the identities of its fallen, despite confirmations by Indian and global media. 🔰If India never acknowledged these deaths, why is it now awarding honors? A professional army proudly remembers its fallen soldiers. Yet, India’s denial and hiding of losses in Operation Sindoor remain a shameful and unprofessional act at the part of India as a country and Indian Armed Forces as an institution.

#Breaking 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐤 : 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧'𝐬 𝐈𝐒𝐈 ‼️ 🔺A Colonel from the #IndianArmy’s South Western Command (Sapta Shakti Command) gone missing after being involved in a major espionage case involving the leak of sensitive military information to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The officer, escaped several days ago, is now at the center of an intensive manhunt by India’s top intelligence agencies. The Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Military Intelligence (MI) have been jointly leading the search for the Colonel, but five days into the operation, there has been no trace of his whereabouts. His disappearance has sparked alarm across the country’s security and defense apparatus, raising serious concerns over internal breaches and intelligence lapses. The Colonel's escape has triggered a sweeping counterintelligence operation aimed at dismantling what is believed to be a wider espionage network within the Indian Army South western command. Indian authorities suspect several of his alleged associates, including another officers, are now also present in the South Western command. 🔴 Indian media reported just a day ago the arrest of Sunil Kumar, a 26-year-old cobbler from Samastipur, Bihar. Employed for the past eight years at Bathinda Cantonment, Kumar was detained by Indian authorities on charges of espionage. 🔴 However, his arrest is an attempt by intelligence agencies to deflect attention from the real breach — the Colonel's escape — and to fabricate a success in an otherwise faltering investigation. Kumar, a civilian with limited access, have been used as a scapegoat in a calculated move by Indian intelligence. Sources also claim: the cobbler arrest was to instill panic among the Colonel’s network and provoke actionable missteps from others under surveillance. However, the strategy has so far failed to yield any concrete results. 🔴 The missing Colonel was part of the Indian Army's 10 Corps, "Chetak Corps." His position granted him access to highly sensitive military sites and classified information. Over a period of several years, he and his associates passed critical documents to Pakistan's ISI. 🔴 The leaked intelligence is said to include detailed information on South Western Command operations, artillery deployments, logistical frameworks, the 615 Air Defence Brigade, and a key ammunition depot in Bathinda. The incident has sent shockwaves through the indian intelligence community. Despite extensive surveillance operations and an ongoing internal probe across the 10 Corps and South Western Command, the agencies have been unable to track down the missing officer or identify the full extent of his network. This developing situation is fast becoming one of the most serious espionage breaches in recent Indian military history, exposing not only a dangerous leak but also critical flaws in the country’s counterintelligence capabilities. #Pakistan #India #PakistanArmy #IndianArmy #Modi #IndiaPakistanWar

Pakistan military continued with its provocations, carrying out aggressive actions employing multiple threat vectors all along the western border. Pakistan employed UCAVs (Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles) drones, long-range weapons, loitering munitions, and fighter aircraft to target civilian areas and military infrastructure. Pakistan military also resorted to air intrusions using drones and firing of heavy-caliber weapons along the Line of Control. Along the international border and the Line of Control, air intrusions and several harassment attacks were also attempted from Srinagar to Naliya at more than 26 locations. Indian Armed Forces successfully neutralized these threats and the majority of the vectors. However, limited damage was sustained to equipment and personnel at Indian air stations at Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur, and Bhuj. There were also several high-speed missile attacks noticed subsequently after 01:40 hours in the night at several air bases in Punjab in a deplorable, cowardly act. Targeting of civilian infrastructure had also taken place, where Pakistan attacked the Medicare center and school premises at the airbases of Srinagar, Avantipur, and Udhampur, yet again displaying irresponsible targeting of our civil infrastructure. In a swift and calibrated response, the Indian Armed Forces carried out precision attacks only on identified military targets. These included technical infrastructure, command and control centres, radar sites, and weapon storage areas. Pakistan military targets at Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur, and Chunian were engaged using air-launched precision weapons from our fighter aircraft. Radar sites at Pasrur and Sialkot aviation base were also targeted using precision measures. While carrying out these responses, India ensured minimum collateral damage. Pakistan has also attempted to execute a continued malicious misinformation campaign which claims the destruction of India's S-400 system at Adampur, destruction of airfields at Suratgarh and Sirsa, BrahMos space at Nagrota, artillery positions, and Chandigarh Forward Ammunition Depot, with heavy damages to other military stations being propagated on social media. India unequivocally rejects these false narratives being spread by Pakistan. Along the Line of Control also, Pakistan has attempted multiple air intrusions using drones and conducted shelling using heavy-caliber artillery guns, targeting civilian infrastructure and killing some civilians. Heavy exchange of artillery mortars and small arms fire in Poonch, Kupwara, Baramulla, Rajouri, and Akhnoor sectors continued. Indian Army has responded effectively and proportionately, causing extensive damage to the Pakistan Army. Pak military has been observed to be moving their troops into forward areas, indicating offensive intent to further escalate the situation. Indian Armed Forces remain in a high state of operational readiness. All hostile actions have been effectively countered and responded to appropriately. Indian Armed Forces reiterate their commitment to non-escalation, provided it is reciprocated by the Pakistani military. : Wing Commander Vyomika Singh

#WATCH | Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh | On death of 3 Indian seafarers in an attack on the Palau-flagged MT Settebello off the coast of Oman and near the Strait of Hormuz, East Coast Fishing Boat Owners Association President, Janakiram says, "But why did the US military attack a commercial vessel?... It is neither an Indian ship nor a military or Coast Guard vessel. What happened to the mutual agreements between the US and India? Diplomatic talks take place every two weeks. Whenever Trump gives an interview or holds a press conference, he refers to PM Modi as his friend. Then, why such attacks on Indians?... Among those killed in the attack was a man from Visakhapatnam who served as the ship's Chief Engineer; the US military killed him as well. His wife, Bhargavi, had called me this afternoon to inquire about her husband's safety. Initially, we believed three Indian sailors were missing—the Oman Coast Guard had rescued 21 sailors—but this has taken a tragic turn for Visakhapatnam. The killing of the chief engineer by the US military is deeply unfortunate. We had thought he was merely missing. We had tried to contact the foreign ministries of Oman and India regarding these three individuals, but later received the news that the US military had killed them... We have requested the Ministry of External Affairs to ensure the safe return of the bodies to the victims' families. We have also appealed to shipping officials and the Ministry of Shipping to help secure compensation for the families of the deceased sailors."

GEN-Z OF KASHMIRI MUSLIMS & PAKISTAN'S MISERABLE LOSS AGAINST INDIA IN T-20 WORLD CUP: Social media of India's Kashmir Valley is full of comic short videos & reels, wherein Gen-Z of Kashmiri Muslims, who have come of age after 2019 are mocking Pakistani cricket team for their consistent miserable and pathetic performance against India in international cricket cups. NOT ONLY THIS, but most importantly they are expressing their open love and support for Indian cricket team and Indian cricket players. The attached video is that of a very popular Kashmiri Muslim Vlogger, who goes by the name "the Madhan". The video is in Koshur (Kashmiri) language, wherein he is mocking Pakistani cricket team on its loss against India in T-20 WORLD CUP qualifying match held a few days back in R. Premadasa stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He even spits on the Pakistani cricket team and curses it throughout the comic video. But, most importantly, he mentions in Koshur language in this video that, we (Kashmiri Muslims) shouldn't care about the Pakistani team as we have our beloved Indian cricket team. It is important to add that GEN Z of Kashmiri Muslims, who have grown up in post 2019 Kashmir by and large do not think like their elder brothers & sisters (Burhan Wani generation) or their father & grand father’s generation of Kashmiri Muslims ( Kashmirs aged 50 and above). My father’s and grandfather’s generation of Kashmiris had created a self styled utopian image of Pakistan as a "pure Islamic" country full of affluence, where streets were made of gold and rivers of honey were flowing. My father's and grandfather’s generation dehumanized India as a "lowly" country of Hindu infidels. A lot of them still carry this extreme Hinduphobic mindset. This mindset brainwashed an entire generation of Kashmiri Muslims in supporting Pakistan in cricket matches, not out of sportsman spirit but for shared religious affiliation and hatred for Hindu community. ALL OF THAT CAREFULLY CRAFTED NARRATIVE HAS COLLAPSED IN POST 2019 KASHMIR. The Internet has exposed GEN-Z ( and even older generation of Kashmiri Muslims) of Indian Kashmiri Muslims to pathetic social, economic and political conditions of Pakistan. GEN-Z of Indian Kashmiri Muslims see the world's largest slum - Orangi Town located in Karachi city. GEN-Z of Indian Kashmiri Muslims also witness hyperinflation plaguing all parts of Pakistan, where people including those in Pakistan Occupied Gilgit and Baltistan and Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir are humiliated by having to stand in long queues for subsidised wheat flour. GEN-Z of Indian Kashmiri Muslims is also seeing the miserable plight of the Baloch, Pashtuns and Shias in Pakistan as well as total deprivation of constitutional rights to people of Pakistan Occupied Gilgit and Baltistan and Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. GEN-Z of Indian Kashmiri Muslims are also seeing the banana republic politics of Pakistan that is run by much hated Pakistani Army, which didn't allow former Prime Minister of Pakistan- Imran Khan to come to power in the last elections and instead, its idiotic head - Asim Munir imposed "selected" and extremely hated jokers like Shehbaz Shariff, Bilawal Bhutto & Asif Zardari, once again on the people of Pakistan. My father’s and my grand father’s generation of Kashmiris who pushed Kashmir into vortex of hell by playing into hands of Pakistani Punjabi Muslim handlers of ISI Pakistani Army will eventually go in their graves carrying their extreme hatred for Hindus and India, but the GEN-Z of Indian Kashmiri kids will pave way for an integrated Kashmir. Ameen, Summa Ameen. Jai Hind Jai Bharat 🇮🇳🙏

🚨 𝐒𝐲𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 The Sydney shooting took place, and Indian media, in apparent coordination with Israeli outlets, quickly constructed a narrative blaming Pakistan. A name surfaced, Naveed Akram, claimed to be Pakistani by Indian -israeli media. Within minutes, this allegation was refuted by the real Naveed Akram via his LinkedIn account. His post clarified he was not involved in any terrorist activity and that his identity had been falsely associated with the attack. In reality, the perpetrator was seriously injured. One attacker died, while the other remained critically wounded. Australian authorities have not released any names, yet Indian and Israeli media prematurely attributed responsibility to Pakistan, reinforcing a strategic narrative against Islamabad without verified evidence. The misinformation was amplified on social media, particularly by Afghan accounts. Reports suggest that at least one Afghan national may have been involved, indicating potential transnational dimensions, though official details remain sparse. Four months prior, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu warned of a rising tide of anti-Semitism in Australia, suggesting potential targeted attacks. Afghan nationals have also been implicated in terrorist activities across multiple theatres, highlighting their operational mobility in the global terrorist landscape. The settlement and integration of Afghans in Australia is largely facilitated by SmartAid, an Australian NGO linked to Israeli humanitarian networks. This includes immigration, security, healthcare, employment, and financial support. A similar pattern occurred in the United States, where Rehmanullah Lakhanwal, resettled via an Israeli NGO, carried out a terrorist attack in Washington. This raises critical questions in strategic intelligence: if Israeli authorities anticipate anti-Semitic attacks in Australia, why facilitate Afghan settlement? The operational logic suggests a complex nexus of human mobility, intelligence oversight, and geopolitical leverage. The Chabad network has also emerged in the discourse. The rabbi killed in Sydney was reportedly associated with a Chabad House. Globally, Chabad Houses have been linked to intelligence operations. During the 26/11 Mumbai False-flag, the Chabad House became a focal point, with Israeli intelligence visits preceding the attack, suggesting pre-operational surveillance. Other Chabad locations, such as in Kasol (Himachal Pradesh) and Kerala, India, have been associated with intelligence-linked activities, potentially involving Israel’s Unit 8200. Even in Cyprus, Chabad operations have been tied to political engineering, propaganda, and media influence campaigns. These patterns make it difficult to dismiss the possibility of an involvement of Mossad to the Sydney attack. A few months ago, The Jerusalem Post published an article highlighting Israel’s need to coordinate with India on information warfare, prompted by India’s weak performance in Operation Sindoor and ongoing media campaigns targeting Pakistan. The Sydney terrorist attack was also used a focal point for strategic narrative and media operations by Israeli and Indian media against Pakistan. In this context, Afghan actors may be operational intermediaries in Israeli-Indian strategic designs. The “two I’s”—Israel and India—advance their geopolitical agendas, while Afghan actors function as tactical agents executing operational objectives. Collectively, this illustrates a transnational terror and influence network, emerging at the intersection of state and non-state actors, hybrid warfare, and media manipulation. Physical terrorism, territorial expansionism, strategic deception, and information operations converge within this system. An architecture of geopolitical chaos exists, with roots tracing back to India, Afghanistan, and Israel, shaping the contours of contemporary global conflict and the strategic landscape. ..

Dear General V K Singh Ji, In Bhubaneswar city, an Army officer and his fiancée consume 10 pegs of liquor and drive a car in the mid of night around 2 am, indulge in a brawl with engineering students around 2-30 am, and then land up in Bharatpur Police Station creating ruckus inside the police station, so much so that the PS staff had to seek help of PCR. When sent to hospital for medical examination and blood test which is the standard protocol of investigation, they refused. Here👇is a video clip for you to make your own judgement about the Army officer and his 'lady' fiancée? You may also obtain more video footage of CCTV cameras of the incident which are available in social media. Odisha Police has more than 600 Police Stations and they together register and investigate about 2 lakh cases annually. Lakhs of people visit Police Stations including women and Army officers to report their grievances or seek help. It is not that they misbehave with people visiting police stations. Sir, we, the Indian Police, respect and honour our Military because that is the last resort in defending the country from external enemies. A reciprocation from Military towards Police which defends the country from internal enemies, is a normal expectation. Our work is complementary as we together protect the country from within and without. Sir, it is not done that you, having been a Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and later a Central Minister, jumped to conclusion and castigated Odisha Police for the drunken brawl and uncouth behaviour of an Army officer and his fiancée, and Odisha Police officers were not even at fault. But I would not chastise the Indian Army by asking, “Is this the kind of discipline that the Indian Army imparts and inculcates in its officers?”. Because an individual’s aberration does not represent an esteemed institution. Finally, I request you to your good offices and ask the COAS to take this Army Officer to task for his conduct unbecoming of a soldier, and for besmirching the fair name of the Indian Army.
