🚨🚨WATCH: Even after new evidence shows registered sex offender Richard Cox had child porn and children’s swim class schedules at Fairfax County rec centers on his phone, Fairfax County police told me they still don’t plan to charge Cox with any crimes. Cox, a biological male, claimed he was a woman and was allowed to use women’s locker rooms at Fairfax County, Virginia rec centers where he allegedly exposed himself to women and girls. Fairfax County’s policy allows people to use locker rooms and bathrooms based on their chosen gender identity, not biological sex. More details:

🚨WATCH: Former Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is calling on Gov. Abigail Spanberger to reverse her anti ICE executive order after an illegal immigrant allegedly murdered a Virginia mother in Fairfax County. Miyares and Stephanie Minter’s family also called on Spanberger to veto a bill on her desk that would ban local jurisdictions from cooperating with ICE. Miyares says if that bill is signed by Spanberger, every Virginia county, city and town will have sanctuary policies that shield illegal immigrants from deportation and legal consequences, like Fairfax County.

For some reason, a driver suddenly stopped on I-66 in Fairfax County Government 🇺🇸. A few minutes later, a distracted driver plowed into driver's who slowed, and possibly hit at least one pedestrian. The Fairfax County Fire/Rescue responded to the accident. No further details available. DO NOT STOP ON THE INTERSTATE UNLESS YOU ARE ACTIVELY ON FIRE! I don't mean your car, I mean you yourself. Other than that, pull over to the shoulder.

🚨WATCH: I spoke with the mother of a single mom who was murdered at a bus stop in Fairfax County, Virginia. The suspect is a violent illegal immigrant who Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano let back into the community several times. Stephanie Minter’s mother filed a DOJ complaint with the help of Victims Rights arguing if Descano was not intentionally lenient on illegal immigrant criminals, her daughter and other victims would still be alive. The DOJ is now investigating Descano.

New: Stafford County, Virginia is on track to approve its sixth data center complex. Stafford County residents are pushing back while developers try to convince them data centers would be good for their wallets. For instance, developers point out 84 percent of the local tax burden falls on Stafford County homeowners. Aside from spending, that’s why taxes are going up. This year, the Stafford County Board of Supervisors raised taxes even higher than Fairfax County --- costing the average homeowner $1,800 more. The board is looking to data centers to help solve that problem. However, several residents are concerned about living next to data centers and the impacts on water and electricity bills. Some residents add that Stafford County’s tax rate on data centers is extremely low compared to Loudoun County, Fairfax and Prince William—-meaning data centers won’t generate as much tax revenue as nearby counties. STACK's Stafford Technology (data center) Campus spans 500 acres. It’s being built right now. If you’ve driven near I-95 in Stafford, you’ve probably seen it. The project is estimated to produce $150 million in tax revenue a year. But if Stafford County raised its data center tax rate to the level of Loudoun County, the county could see more than double or triple that amount of tax revenue.
