Farage has created a big problem for himself this week. He's been caught out lying. Again. Telling us all that Reform UK didn't promise to cut taxes on their pre-election propaganda material. Another Trump move. The ole 'deny reality and get angry' two-step. Unfortunately for Nige, there are receipts. Lots and lots of receipts — see the video below. When Beth Rigby challenged him on this yesterday, he got angry and started shouting at her; textbook fragile toxic misogyny. Unfortunately, Beth retreated as Reform UK pay good money for the publicity and no one can be seen to upset the apple cart. It's quite shocking, actually. Regardless, Farage is a shameless liar that does very little for his actual job, if anything. If he could point to Clacton on a map, his constituents would be very surprised. There's something I've noticed about posts from Restore Britain supporters. There is much more positive posting about what we are going to achieve together. And far less snide, deceitful rhetoric and hatefulness directed at the opposition. That is precisely what we need. Debate, yes, but not engaging with their bitter name calling, misrepresentations, lies and hate. I feel that's how politics has been done for decades and look where it's got us. Massive voter apathy and a terrible party in power, for whom 80% of the public did not vote. I like Restore Britain 's ideas and I admire Rupert Lowe MP 's honesty, morality and work ethic. Those traits on display are building my trust and I'm far more engaged with, and uplifted by, reading about what we can achieve together if we work together and vote together in '29, than all that same old nonsense from the rest of them. 🇬🇧I hope we will all see Great Britain restored.❤️

Good morning to everyone in Massachusetts who agrees with Senator Warren’s honest admission that Democrats are no longer trusted by working Americans. When Warren says, “Once, we were trusted by working people,” that should be a wake-up call, not a throwaway line. Trust isn’t lost overnight. It’s lost when families feel squeezed by rising costs, when policies sound good on paper but make daily life harder, and when elected officials seem more focused on ideology than results. Working people want affordability, accountability, and common sense. They want a government that listens, respects their paycheck, and understands that every new program, mandate, or tax comes out of their pocket. At this point, even Democrats are saying the quiet part out loud. When their own representatives admit they’ve lost the trust of working Americans, it’s hard to deny that their policies have failed the people they claim to represent.

RHP/1B Trace Phillips (Middle Tennessee Baseball) is an interesting draft-eligible sophomore on which to keep close tabs. Last spring, he hit .304/.360/.547 with 8 2B, 13 HR and 47 RBIs, but it’s his ability on the mound that's the root of his buzz. Phillips' back of the baseball card numbers last season are modest, but there is more to it than meets the eye. At 6'3" and 185-lbs, Phillips has an athletic, high-waisted frame. In the box, he has a simple setup with an ear-high handset and the bat horizontal above his back shoulder. Phillips has a slight load in which he has a noticeable barrel tip and a small stride. He moves well in the box and has some scissor action with his back leg. Phillips’ pure hit tool is fringey, but he has plus raw power and has shown the ability to drive the baseball to all fields. Max EV last spring of 109.4, if he's able to lift the ball more it will lead to a more impressive power output. Phillips’ current prospect status is largely driven by his ability on the mound. His numbers were unimpressive last season, but he took a step forward this fall. There’s some low hanging fruit to clean up in his delivery, but he has a short, whippy arm stroke and attacks from a low-three quarters slot with plenty of arm speed. Phillips’ FB has been up to 96 with ride through the zone (particular life at the top), though his best pitch is a high-70s-to-low-80s CH. He does a nice job of killing spin on it, and It averaged almost 15 MPH off his fastball this fall. It’s a plus pitch that flashes both fade to the arm side as well late tumble. Phillips completes his arsenal with a mid-80s slider that flashed above-average this fall with sharp, two-plane tilt. Both his changeup and slider profile as legitimate swing-and-miss offerings. The video, which is being widely shared with captions suggesting an ongoing attack in Makarfi near Zaria, shows scenes of heavy gunfire accompanied by a voice-over describing troops repelling armed attackers. However, a careful review of the footage and audio has confirmed that the voice narration in the video was lifted from a previous military engagement involving troops of Operation Hadin Kai in the Timbuktu Triangle in Borno State, where soldiers were repelling an attack by fighters of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) in January 2026. Nigel Farage and his Speculative Security Things we know: 1) a few weeks ago, the Guardian dropped a smouldering grenade into the Farage campsite with their revelation that he had 'forgotten' to declare the paltry sum of £5M, given to him by Chakrit Sakunkrit [Christopher Harborne] — Thai businessman and crypto magnate. 2) Farage regularly 'forgets' to declare income from his myriad jobs outside Parliament. In the last reporting period he 'forgot' 17 outside jobs totalling around £385,000. His excuse. “I don't do computers”. 3) there are already donations and gifts missing from his last register update — see The Finance Guy for more on that. Things we've been told: a) the £5M was an unconditional gift. b) the £5M was a reward for Brexit. c) the £5M was to pay for his security — for life. Let's focus on the security aspect because, I believe, Farage is trying to construct a counterfactual and has been caught lying. Again. In October of 2025, Zia Yusuf, Satan's Head Boy, was sent cross all media outlets — and I do mean all of them — to talk about the government's removal of some of Nigel's security costs; up to 75% if you believe Yusuf. What has never been made clear about this claim are, one, if it actually happened, and two, if it did, what sums of cash were being forfeited? There are two videos below. One in which Zia Yusuf took to 𝕏 on October 1st 2025, in a very earnest fashion to make claims about his best friend's safety where he stated at one point, that if Farage was killed, he would blame Keir Starmer. Yikes! He talks about donors stepping up at that point to cover the security costs for Farage. The second video is the one which contradicts Yusuf. From BBC Newsnight earlier this month when Farage states that he was given the £5M back in 2024 as: “an unconditional, non-political, personal gift. And it will ensure I can be safe for the rest of my life.” So. Two things are clearly jumping out at me from these statements. Firstly, lies are being told by Yusuf and/or Farage. Secondly, in the BBC video, he makes the claim that the 'gift' is non-political but to protect him … as a politician. To me, this is definitive proof that he's lying about the donation. If he received this money in 2024 for a lifetime of private security, then why the need for 'donors to step up' and pay for it again in Oct. 2025? Which is it? Neither, I'd suggest. I think the entire thing is a shonky counterfactual, hastily cobbled together to cover up the fact that he's been caught out pocketing millions in undeclared donations. One in which Zia Yusuf took to 𝕏 on October 1st 2025, in a very earnest fashion to make claims about his best friend's safety where he stated at one point, that if Farage was killed, he would blame Keir Starmer. Yikes! He talks about donors stepping up at that point to cover the security costs for Farage. The second video is the one which contradicts Yusuf. From BBC Newsnight earlier this month when Farage states that he was given the £5M back in 2024 as: “an unconditional, non-political, personal gift. And it will ensure I can be safe for the rest of my life.” So. Two things are clearly jumping out at me from these statements. Firstly, lies are being told by Yusuf and/or Farage. Secondly, in the BBC video, he makes the claim that the 'gift' is non-political but to protect him … as a politician. To me, this is definitive proof that he's lying about the donation. If he received this money in 2024 for a lifetime of private security, then why the need for 'donors to step up' and pay for it again in Oct. 2025? Which is it? Neither, I'd suggest. I think the entire thing is a shonky counterfactual, hastily cobbled together to cover up the fact that he's been caught out pocketing millions in undeclared donations. Look what they put on my hamburger! 🍔 Young children aren’t the only ones who make sense of the world by connecting new experiences with prior knowledge - it’s just that there are so many new experiences to be had at their age. Take this little one, who has opened her cheeseburger only to find that it is unexpectedly covered with small, white, rectangular objects. in the wise words of taylor swift, “a man is allowed to react, a woman can only overreact.” they cut the camera to her while she was still in shock & she took a sip of her drink. that is not even a reaction. this whole situation has blown out of proportion throughout the media. you’d think things would’ve gotten better for women in the past five years since she said this, but that’s not the case. this has made one thing abundantly clear, women are not allowed to react when they are blatantly disrespected. even if they don’t react, they’re still overreacting, since there is this perpetuating stereotype that women are “dramatic & emotional.” she’s just sitting there trying to enjoy her night that she was attending because of HER accomplishments & the records she broke with her movie about her life-changing, record-smashing tour. yet, she was only mentioned once, only ten minutes in, to be devalued to her relationship & to poke fun at the ways the media has been tormenting her for years. you can not tell me that is funny. she’s been through hell throughout her career, she’s heard these jokes a million times—she’s over it. she shouldn’t have to laugh at a joke that offended her to appease anyone. personally, i’m extremely proud of her for not feeling it was necessary to be a people pleaser & laugh, which is what she typically would’ve done int the past. that shows growth, that shows that she finally recognizes her worth. she finally realized that she doesn’t have to put up being painfully disrespected. she’s allowed to think a rude joke isn’t funny, it just made her uncomfortable. if she looks uncomfortable, it means he crossed the line, regardless of if you think it was funny or not. it’s evident that this was an under reaction. she kept her composure & responded to the situation perfectly. however, even though she responded perfectly, she’s still getting tremendous amounts of hate for this. this makes it abundantly clear that men in this society will always have it out for women who are successful—especially when that success was created all on their own, since women are not allowed to be successful in their eyes. that is blatant misogyny, just like the joke they think she is a horrible person for not laughing at. of course they think the joke was funny, they’re a bunch of misogynists themselves.
