Fasting boosts stem cell production by triggering the body’s natural repair process. During fasting, the body switches to fat-burning mode, reducing inflammation and promoting regeneration. This stimulates dormant stem cells to activate and repair damaged tissues, enhancing overall health and longevity!

A 3 day fast will do wonders for an injury! A 5 day fast will cure just about anything non systemic / fatal. Mix in intermittent sauna / steam for optimal results. +WATER! Not a medical professional; simply anecdotal.

@SpunkyPatriot_ I guess I need to fast for several days. I have lots of pains and a headache from pictures of Kamala. I even see her in my sleep. I’ll do it and report back the results. I hope it works.

@shane545786 If you went to a specialist they can inject stem cells in the problem area for 5-10k. DIY it, and repair your whole body for free.

As per #Ayurveda fasting realizes the assimilation of metabolic toxins which are not good for health. It is also stated in Ayurveda that #fasting encourages digestive fire with exclusion of blockage in the channel which helps in reducing of effects of any disease. #SanatanaDharma

Wondering, how many days would need to recover bone marrow. 7 days is not enough for sure.
