I’ve been doing 16/8 fasting for about 10 months now,I usually do 4/5 days a week and I’m seriously considering doing a 72 fasting

Sounds like sound chiropractic philosophy. Chiropractors have been screaming this since 1895. Our cries fell on a deaf ears of medicine doctors. Not profitable for them.
