BREAK - FAST They don’t want us to fast because fasting unlocks clarity, spiritual connection, and a higher state of awareness, making it harder to control us through fear and distraction. Regeneration of the body through fasting threatens the medical and pharmaceutical industries that profit from sickness. In a fasted state, the body activates healing codes, cleanses toxins, and reconnects to its divine intelligence. A sovereign, healthy human is the enemy of a system built on dependency and decay. —

Eating produces cytokines, causing inflammation. Stopping eating reduces cytokine storms but doesn't create stem cells.

Here's a thought to fast for 5 days you lose a lot of weight this means that's less a lot of weight that's not having to be held up by your legs and feet and of course Achilles tendon so that was very well is the cure not the stem cells that seems logical , mystery solved

Per Grok - - Scientific support for these claims can be found in a 2014 MIT study published in Cell Stem Cell, which demonstrated that fasting induces a metabolic switch in mice from carbohydrate to fatty acid metabolism, enhancing the regenerative capacity of stem cells, particularly in the intestines, suggesting a potential mechanism for the observed benefits in humans as discussed in the video.
