During Ramadan, Muslims do not eat anything in daylight hours. But, they are allowed to eat twice a day. One meal (Suhour) is eaten before sunrise. Other meal (Iftar) is eaten after sunset. If this is fasting then I can do that 365 days a year. Very easy imho.
