Ok so why is the guy fat

He lost me at walking a mile burns the same amount of calories as running a mile and also exercising doesn’t “do anything” for weight loss. Fasting is great but this guy made a bunch of ignorant points and doesn’t look that healthy himself, just sounds like a lazy person

All fasting does for me is make me... More hungry.

This is 100% true I do 15-16 hour fast a day . Last meal by 9 or 10 pm. Don’t eat till 1-2pm next day. As I do go to the gym I did realize earlier in my weight lost journey. Trying to build muscle will have you constantly eating . Which isn’t the goal. It’s a fine line ppl miss..

After my first ever 3day fast, my body rebooted. My metabolism and muscle growth all changed. I now do it every six months. It gets easier each time.

A caloric deficit is the only way. Sugar free caffeine drinks, and work so much that you don't have time to eat. The cool thing, is that with all that caffeine, your stomach is so tense from all the caffeine, that you don't feel like eating anyway. Works great. Also, NO PASTA! 😅

"When you exercise you eat more" I dont. I eat less, step your game up fatty.

I agree! Exercise is good for toning and getting your blood to flow. But serious weight loss comes from calorie restriction and fasting is so healthy

Stupidest thing ever lol more muscle means more calories you can consume which is why bodybuilders consume 7000-10000 calories a day lol
