Fasting will literally cure EVERYTHING. It cures Cancer, Aids, Herpes, every single thing you can think of. It literally will cure everything.

I get up at 5am, eat nothing in the am, a light lunch around 2-3pm. Then whatever I want for dinner around 6.. Then nothing else.. I have 10 times more energy, I sleep like a rock, not bloated at all. I honestly feel fantastic when I do this for a week at a time.

@AceTv It's not the fasting per se, it's the lack or reduced amount of food poison you are consuming.

For me, fasting and carnivore cured a long time issue with ear wax, skin tags, back issues, got rid of gallstones, and dropped 60+ lbs. I’m a beast now and thankful for this knowledge.

If you fast long enough, it might even cure this ailment we call life.

I'm on a 3 day fast as we speak. Tomorrow is 3rd day. Fasting is everything. There is a reason God told us to pray and fast. It brings our spirit closer to God and our body follows and heals.
