Anyone in the comments commending this father has obviously never lifted free weights a day in their lives. Even if you support this kind of rigorous training for a small child, the kid's form is sloppy and the father is far too slow to put that bar down and assist his child. If you were spotting a grown adult like this, you'd be a terrible spotter. What makes you think it's okay to spot a kid like this? He should have been at the ready the entire time, not trying to demonstrate correct form with an EZ curl bar. And using an EZ curl bar to demonstrate correct form with dumbbells is just asinine.
