The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. If they are in uniform, they SHOULD show it when asked — it’s not optional “courtesy.” It’s professional obligation. When exercising stop-and-search powers, they MUST identify themselves properly, including name or number and station. This isn’t about being “anti-police.” This is about the rule of law — the same law the police claim to uphold. A badge, a uniform, a vest — none of these replace lawful identification. And in a time when trust in policing is collapsing, refusing to identify yourself only fuels suspicion. Seems UP is officially a Police State now. 🚩A team of Mathura Police arrived to arrest a Man named Rakesh against whom there was a warrant in a family property dispute case. 🚩When the Police arrived Rakesh was having bath and Police caught him and not allowed him even to wear his clothes. 🚩Later they assaulted him when he asked them to show him the court order. 🚩Not only this the Policemen smashed him with a brick inside a private car 🚩And top of that Senior officers of MATHURA POLICE are justifying this brutal use of force by the police. 🚩Why Police can not show the warrant? Can Police arrest a woman while she is having bath and is semi nude? If not then why a Man? Why Police is using a private car for discharging official duty? A cop in Ohio, stops at a home to ask some questions regarding an investigation hes handling, and wals into the garage uninvited, and without a warrant. The homeowner kept demanding he leave the garage, and he kept deflecting... Cops of all people, need to set the standard by being the ones to FOLLOW the law... I do respect law enforcement, but there have just been so many videos recently of cops defying our constitutional rights...

More from Private Pike, demanding uniformed officers show him their warrant card under Section 90. There is no general legal requirement for them to do so if they are clearly in uniform, and these officers also arrived in a police vehicle. The Section 90 he yawps is from the Police Act 1996 and deals with impersonation and misuse of police identity, not their legal requirement to produce it when it’s obvious even to stupid boys like Pike who they are. Personally I may have shown my ID to shut him up (briefly), but not at the expense of my safety or others in what is a confrontational situation like this one. In summary, he's a knob.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents have, once again, trampled the 4th Amendment… illegally breaking down a door and storming into another family home with assault rifles drawn, while children were inside, detaining 6 people, including a 12-year-old boy, without a warrant. And it gets worse. On Thursday, ICE raided a home in St. Paul, Minnesota, telling residents this was part of a narcotics investigation… not immigration. But neighbors are saying that’s BS. A neighbor who had his outdoor camera rolling, says someone delivered a package to the house just minutes before the raid. According to the video, federal agents told the residents there were drugs inside, and if no one claimed the package, they’d take everyone in the house. Not suspicious at all… And the agents also had no warrant… After smashing the door, ICE claimed they had a search warrant, but never showed it… even after being asked to see it. They searched every room with rifles drawn, handcuffed all residents, including the 12-year-old boy, and paraded them down the street. Every adult had a valid work permit and state ID, but, agents only left a woman and her infant behind. And here’s the kicker: even though ICE said this was about drugs, not immigration, they still took the 12-year-old boy, transporting him to an immigration center in San Antonio, Texas in less than 24 hours. And, to make this all even more illegal… A warrant was dropped off THE NEXT DAY, claiming to be from a state court, but: • It doesn’t match official Ramsey County warrant formats • Has no case number or file stamp • No record of filing exists (though filing can sometimes be delayed) So, the questions become: Did ICE falsify a warrant after illegally entering the home? Did they plant drugs to justify this raid? And most importantly… what did DHS do with a 12-year-old boy they weren’t supposed to touch? This isn’t law enforcement. This is federal kidnapping, trafficking, intimidation, and terror. A government agency stormed a home, handcuffed children, and transported a minor across state lines… all without a real warrant at the time of the arrest, or any legal justification. If this can happen to one family in broad daylight, it can happen to anyone. The Constitution, your rights, and your children mean nothing to them.
