🚨 Another day, another illegal ICE arrest in Chicago… this time in Rogers Park. Yesterday, ICE agents walked up to a U.S. citizen’s car, opened his door, and when he asked if they had a warrant, one agent said: ā€œI don’t need a warrant.ā€ Then they pulled the passenger...

In Phoenix, Arizona, ICE/Border Patrol agents casually admitted on camera that they broke the law and assaulted a U.S. citizen… In the video, the agent justifies smashing a car window and dragging a man out by saying, ā€œyour brother didn’t get out of the car.ā€ The driver replies, ā€œAnd you didn’t have a warrant.ā€ And the agent… with the confidence of someone who’s never even looked at the Constitution… snaps back: ā€œI don’t need a warrant… you should probably learn the law.ā€ Which is wild, since he’s the one violating it, all while having his weapon drawn. For the record: the Fourth Amendment bars exactly this kind of warrantless search and seizure. ICE’s powers under 8 U.S.C. § 1357 don’t allow them to break into a vehicle just because someone didn’t hop out fast enough, especially a passenger. Violating someone’s rights under color of law is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 242. And smashing a window to drag out a citizen without legal cause isn’t ā€œimmigration enforcementā€ā€¦ it’s assault under Arizona law. ICE loves to say ā€œignorance of the law is no excuse,ā€ but apparently that motto doesn’t apply when they’re the ones clueless. If a random guy did this, he’d be in handcuffs. When ICE does it on camera? They call it ā€œTuesday.ā€ Maybe before lecturing people to ā€œlearn the law,ā€ these agents could try reading it.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents in New York illegally surrounded two cars and demanded the people inside prove their citizenship. Community members showed up and immediately started asking the questions ICE never wants asked on camera: ā€œDo you have a warrant?ā€ The agents claimed they did. But when people asked to actually SEE the warrant… they refused. Because they didn’t have one. That’s the constitutional violation right there. In the United States, federal agents cannot legally detain people, block their vehicles in, and demand proof of citizenship without lawful justification. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures. You don’t lose those rights because ICE decides to profile you. And unless agents have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, or actual legal probable cause tied to a crime, they cannot just trap people in their cars fishing for immigration status. ICE keeps counting on intimidation instead of law. They surround cars with multiple agents, act aggressive, throw around words like ā€œwarrant,ā€ and hope people are too scared to question them. But the second community members demanded proof, the whole thing fell apart. Both cars were eventually released… because ICE never had the legal right to stop them in the first place. This is exactly why people recording matters. This is exactly why communities showing up matters. And this is exactly why constitutional rights matter… especially when federal agents are acting like they don’t apply to them anymore.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents admit on video that they illegally pulled over a car driving down a street in Minneapolis. In the video, multiple ICE agents are seen surrounding a civilian vehicle with several cars. Both back doors of the vehicle are open as agents stand around it. An ICE agent is heard saying: ā€œWe just want to make sure you are good, you were driving like a complete maniac, and the way that you’re acting, we have to verify if you are good, and then we will be out of here.ā€ That statement matters… because ICE does not have general authority to conduct traffic stops. Immigration enforcement agents cannot pull someone over for alleged driving behavior. That power belongs to state and local law enforcement, not federal immigration officers. There is no claim of a specific crime. No explanation of probable cause. No warrant shown. Just ICE agents stopping a car, detaining the occupants, and admitting on camera that they initiated the stop based on how someone was ā€œdriving.ā€ That is an unlawful stop. Under the Constitution, law enforcement cannot seize or detain someone without legal authority or probable cause. Blocking a vehicle, surrounding it with agents, opening doors, and questioning occupants is a seizure… and doing so without lawful authority is a violation of the Fourth Amendment. If ICE can pull over random cars, invent a reason, and detain people with no warrant and no authority, then the question isn’t whether this was illegal… It’s how many more unconstitutional stops they’ll get away with before someone gets hurt again.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah. Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota. In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, ā€œDo you have a warrant?ā€ …after they broke in. They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back. She continues demanding to see a warrant. And then they say the quiet part out loud: ā€œWe don’t need one.ā€ They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them. They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace. The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause. She tells them, ā€œMy lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?ā€ And the agents laugh. Sit with that. Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability. The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property. She says that’s why you had to break in… ā€œBecause you don’t have a warrant!ā€ And the agent says again: ā€œIt’s because we don’t need one.ā€ They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records. This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation. A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional. If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them. That is not law enforcement. That is an open assault on constitutional rights.

🚨ICE agents illegally threatened to tase a PASSENGER for refusing to exit a vehicle… after lying about having a warrant for him, in Lennox, California. In the video, the agents repeatedly insisted they had a warrant for the passenger, demanded he get out of the car, and threatened to tase him if he didn’t comply. But, when the passenger continued to ask to see the warrant, the agents suddenly asked for his ID. After running his identification, they decided to change the story… Agents then started asking the driver for their ID, despite admitting they did not know who they were dealing with. When questioned, one agent first claimed they had a warrant for the passenger, then admitted they were ā€œwriting it right now,ā€ before finally acknowledging, ā€œI thought it was you.ā€ So, to break this all down… ICE agents threatened to tase someone over a warrant they didn’t have, for a person they hadn’t even identified. The Fourth Amendment exists for a reason. Government agents do not get to detain whoever they want, threaten force, demand identification from everyone present, and just figure out who they are dealing with later. Because that’s illegal. If ICE had a valid warrant, they should have been able to identify the subject of that warrant before threatening someone with a taser. And if they didn’t know who they were talking to… then what exactly was the legal basis for the detention, the threats, and the demands for identification? This is why people are outraged. And every time this behavior is excused, it sends the message that ICE agents can ignore constitutional rights, threaten innocent people, and walk away like nothing happened.

🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents were caught attempting to force an arrest inside a private home… without a warrant. The video shows agents were already in someone’s front yard trying to detain a man. The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it ā€œhot pursuit.ā€ They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.

🚨BREAKING: in Chicago, ICE agents illegally entered Bridgeview courthouse, tackled and detained a man, and it all happened while Cook County deputies stood by and allowed it. Illinois law, and a Cook County court order says, federal agents are not allowed to make civil arrests inside courthouses unless they present a valid judicial warrant. According to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, ICE agents claimed they had a warrant… but did not produce it. Despite that, they still entered the courthouse, handcuffed a man in the lobby, and removed him from the building. Then, in the video, a deputy is seen shaking hands with an ICE agent, after the arrest. And when the person filming questioned the legality of what just happened, another deputy shrugged, and said, ā€œIsn’t being here illegally a crime?ā€ Which… no. Being undocumented in the U.S. is not a criminal offense. But, besides that, instead of upholding the law, the sheriff just assumed… and potentially allowed a kidnapping to happen. The Public Defender’s office says no federal criminal charges have been identified, and the man was reportedly there for a deferred prosecution hearing. Earlier that same day, ICE also detained a woman, and a small child, outside the courthouse, which the Public Defender’s office called a clear violations of state law. So, the questions, everyone needs to be asking, are this… If there’s a law banning this, a court order banning this, and no warrant is even produced when asked… how is this still happening inside a courthouse? And why are the very people sworn to uphold the law, standing by while it happens?
