FCRA cancellations alone don't stop operations because corporate structure changes are faster than regulatory review. Tracking beneficial ownership and funding chains across entity reincarnations is the harder problem the amendment needs to solve.

The government needs to pass this bill todayyy. Every parliament session they let the opposition rule. Why is the government so weak?
