Can you guys work on making qualy more realistic? Most of the times the time laps from q1 to q3 go down 1 tenth max + you never see an omega lap from your driver, if ur idk p12 in q1 you're most likely staying in that position until the end, irl you see drivers going fromp15 top7

#ATXCouncil When I was elected to serve a half term two years ago, there was a very clear sense in this community that city government had lost the plot. It was clear that dramatic action was necessary - and dramatic action is exactly what we delivered. Over the past 24 months: ✅ We rebuilt our city management team ✅ We made historic changes to our land development code and streamlined our development review process to help create more - and more affordable - housing ✅ We launched a different economic development paradigm focused on new job training programs, like the Infrastructure Academy, to help Austinites build high-wage careers, even without a 4-year degree ✅ We took a new approach to fighting homelessness, which promises real results ✅ We adopted a new energy generation plan that delivers reliability and affordability while reducing the emissions that threaten our climate and air quality ✅ We transformed our 911 emergency system from a system that fell well below national standards to one that, in 2024, met those standards throughout ✅ We signed a new contract with our police officers that lays the groundwork to improve public safety across the board. In short … we got stuff done at City Hall. And I think Austin voters saw it, and liked it, and want more of it. They saw stable government getting results. And they want more. The ability to maintain focus is key to your child’s social and emotional development. This month I’m partnering with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood (the UK’s Royal Foundation Centre on Early Childhood) to explore children’s social emotional development in celebration of the Centre’s newest publication, The Shaping Us Framework – and today we’re looking at the third of the framework’s six key pillars: Focus Our Thoughts. One of the places that focus assists us most is in the area of problem solving, which has been linked to a host of positive outcomes in school and life. Check out this little problem solver, shared to IG by theoriginal_captain. The board book he’s reading has a feature he’s eager to take advantage of – a mirror hidden under a fabric flap. But in order to raise the mirror to his face, he must first overcome an obstacle: keeping the mirror exposed. Watch as he makes several attempts, maintaining focus on the problem at hand, eventually finding success after folding and creasing the flap in its downward position at its base. That’s focus in action. You can support focus and problem solving at home by providing (or simply not intervening immediately in) challenges that are “just right” for your child’s stage of development… giving them the opportunity to focus their attention on a task’s completion and the time to experiment and learn through trial and error.
