Love this 🙌🏻 see this on a weekly basis at my lads grassroots games. More important to the coaches that they win a game than develop the players

Genuinely curious do you think this is the coaches themselves and their approach, or a by-product of the environment they are in? If their job relies on results (development SHOULD be the job driver), then it could force their approach?

Love it and completely agree. Took daughter out of WSL Academy for this reason and we work on technical daily in a cage.
