"Feeling good is overrated!" An absolute gem from the late Ken Ravizza

Thoughts: This doesn't mean we shouldn't be trying to dial in our sleep, recovery, etc. to feel and play our best. But the reality is that very rarely will we feel perfect, and we need to be prepared to compete on those days as well. The best can get it done with their C game.

I miss Ken....he was such a wonderful human being
