@notnac_sadgut Certainly is, but she’s had a few challenging injury problems over recent years. Some encouraging performances at trials should hopefully mean she’ll be back in contention when back to full fitness early next year 🙏

🦊 the pictures that you saw actually got leaked, right? 🦊 it got leaked 🦊 i didn’t plan on showing you the pictures like that so when it first got leaked, honestly i felt really bad 🦊 me and the staff really thought so much about things like…we thought a lot about the release schedule and we made the release plan after literally putting our heart and soul into it 🦊 things like the news of me making a solo comeback, the date of the solo album and the pictures being leaked really disrupted our release plans 🦊 it made me feel really bad and uneasy 🦊 but this doesn’t really change the quality of my solo album and what i have to show so that’s really good, the songs are really good and the performances will be really good so this doesn’t cause a major disruption in that aspect but the main poster…the key visual of my album cover…if it hadn’t been disclosed like that, i was actually going to reveal it really late because i didn’t want you to look at those pictures and think…well looking at those pictures, you’ll think “is this yeonjun’s concept this time? is that the concept?” 🦊 i didn’t want to make you judge those things based on the pictures 🦊 like “he’s showing his body so is it a sexy concept? is it this concept?” how does i put this…i didn’t want people to judge it based on that 🦊 but anyway, i’m glad the fans liked it and it was good that it gained a lot of attention

🦊 honestly i didn’t plan to show you guys those things yet. so when that picture got leaked at first, i really felt upset. our company staffs and i had spent a lot of time thinking and putting so much effort into the release schedule we worked really hard, planning everything in detail. but then things like ‘yeonjun’s making a solo comeback,’ the release date, and even photos started leaking, and it really messed up our release plan. so yeah, i honestly felt really bad, i was upset. 🦊 still, it’s not like the quality of the album changes because of that. the songs are great, the performances are great, it’s going to be amazing. even though it didn’t cause huge damage overall, the thing is, that main poster, the key visual that got revealed today, is actually the one that will be used on the album cover and i wanted to reveal that much later. 🦊 i wanted to keep it under wraps for a while because i didn’t want people to judge the album just based on those photos. you know, people might see them and think, ‘oh, is this yeonjun’s concept this time?’ or ‘is it something sexy because he’s showing his body?’ but that’s not what i wanted, i didn’t want people to assume or define the whole concept just from the pictures. 🦊 anyway, i’m really thankful that fans still loved it so much, and i’m also happy that it got so much attention. i worked really hard on my body for that shoot, but more than just wanting to look sexy, what i really wanted was to express a certain kind of alluring energy through it. that’s why i tried showing that side of myself.

TODD SCHULTE of FWD.us on Republicans circumventing Democrats to fund ICE through reconciliation: Yeah, look—our understanding is that if they choose to move forward with a reconciliation bill, there are three things that are really important. Number one, it’s a party-line vote, and it’s something you have to pay for with offsets. Number two, DHS already has $150 billion for ICE and CBP, and now they’re talking about adding tens of billions more on top of that—for three years, along with funding for the war in Iran. So third, you’re talking about a couple hundred billion more for ICE and CBP, a couple hundred billion more for Iran—paid for at a time when costs are skyrocketing—with what, half a trillion dollars in cuts to healthcare, to Medicaid, to Medicare? Look, that’s bad policy, but the politics couldn’t be more clear. The public does not want hundreds of billions of dollars spent on ICE, paid for by cuts to their healthcare. And I think it’s important to understand the difference between this reconciliation package and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which was also a reconciliation bill. People may remember last year’s bill—it was a party-line vote that only needed 50 votes. Last time, it was about big tax cuts paid for by roughly a trillion dollars in cuts to Medicaid. It wasn’t popular, but it passed. There was $191 billion for DHS in that bill—it didn’t get a lot of attention, but it should have. Vice President Vance said that was actually the most important part of the bill—the funding for ICE and CBP. But now, this is going to be about ICE and Iran, paid for by healthcare cuts. At a time when the public is outraged after events in Minneapolis and Los Angeles—when places like Home Depot, churches, and schools are being described as deportation sites—this is going to be a huge, nasty political fight. And I hope Republicans abandon it.

Biological males dominate women's college volleyball game in Ontario South of the border, thanks to U.S. President Donald Trump taking office again, the war on wokeism has begun in earnest. Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs are being jettisoned at government departments and the military in favour of a meritocracy. Meanwhile, President Trump has declared that there are only two genders. Shockers! Such common sense statements make for a breath of fresh air. But alas, common sense would appear to be very uncommon in our great dominion. Indeed, in 2025, transanity – that intersection where transgenderism and insanity collide – continues unabated. Case in point, last Wednesday, the Toronto-based Centennial Colts visited Algonquin College in Barrie, Ont., to take on the Grizzlies in female varsity volleyball. Well, not entirely female. You see, the Colts still have a couple of players on the roster who are men that “identify” as women. That would be #13, Jaque Ronquillo, and #16, C.L. Viloria. Indeed, it was déjà vu all over for us. That’s because last year we took in a series of games between the Colts and the Seneca Sting. The Sting boasted three men on its roster. That’s right, there was a total of FIVE men on the court that night who were pretending to be women! For those keeping score at home, Seneca won the series. The Colts were literally outmanned on this night… But in Barrie, it was the Colts who swept the Grizzlies on this night. Alas, all of Algonquin’s players are female. They didn’t have a chance, and so it was that the Grizzlies further fell in the overall standings with a record of two wins and 15 losses. The games were hard to watch at times. Centennial’s Ronquillo and Viloria were clearly the dominant players on the court – especially when it came to spiking the ball. If anything, it made for a textbook lesson in Biology 101. Still, cheating is one thing. But the inclusion of men is also a safety issue. Viloria has reportedly attacked the ball with such heavy force that in previous games female opponents have endured concussions. But hey… diversity. It’s disgraceful. But when it comes to the woke Ontario College Athletic Association, the OCAA is perfectly fine with men who identify as women. It’s a celebration of inclusiveness or something … even though women’s sports are being destroyed in front of our eyes. After the match, Rebel News wanted to interview the gender-bender grifters as well as the real female players. But get this: we were continually harassed and our cameras were blocked. And this was being done by Georgian College staffers! Apparently, they too think that radical transgenderism is a good thing – even when their own female athletes are getting slaughtered on the court! Predictably, for the crime of asking insensitive questions, we were frog-marched off the premises by security guards. The free press was censored as Ronquillo and Viloria showered in the female changeroom! Maybe we should’ve called the cops regarding this perversion on campus? But really, in Justin Trudeau’s Canada, what’s the point? It's all so sad, really. The motto of the Algonquin Grizzlies is “Own the den.” But on this night, the den was surrendered to male invaders. And speaking of bruins, just where the hell is Mama and Papa Bear? Why are the parents sitting in the stands and casually watching such a grotesque spectacle? Why are they perfectly ok with seeing their daughters brutalized in such a fashion? In the final analysis, this transanity garbage ends tomorrow if the female players en masse refuse to play. But for some reason, they refuse to reclaim their sport. Why? Are they so indoctrinated that they actually subscribe to the falsehood that “transwomen are real women”? Are they afraid of being labeled as “transphobes”? It’s baffling. Rebel News will continue to expose transanity on the courts, in the playing fields, and in the swimming pools. But that’s all we can do: chronicle this disgusting trend. When it comes to actual tangible change, this is in the hands of the real female athletes. Unless, that is, they are perfectly fine with male losers who can’t make the men’s team – and instead, poach positions on the women’s team that rightfully belong to real women. WATCH: Secretary of War Pete Hegseth Pete Hegseth SHUTS DOWN reporter asking anti-Israel question insinuating the Jews are controlling President Trump.... Reporter: “[I]n recent weeks, both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel’s head of Mossad have stated their intent not to cease combat with the Iranians. Netanyahu put this on Twitter — Israel’s head of Mossad said Israel’s goals are not finished until the Iranian government collapses. And so, they’re referring to the government that President Trump has brokered a cease fire with and is working on a lasting peace in the region with. And so that’s, you know, something many Americans, especially American farmers, are hoping he does get to a lasting peace. And so, if President Trump is successful in that, and the Israelis are explicitly stating their intent to continue fighting at a later date, how can you ensure America doesn’t get roped back into a war if that comes? And secondly, with Netanyahu comfortable tweeting something like that out. And also, Netanyahu has continued bombing Lebanon despite President Trump explicitly telling him not to —” Hegseth: “I would say your question is based on the false premise that somehow President Trump is being pulled in by Prime Minister Netanyahu —” Reporter: “No, no.” Hegseth: “— to any of these actions. And that’s where you’re going. Just to be clear, President Trump has led at every step of this based on his view of American interests and America First. And we’re grateful that Israelis have been very capable partners at many steps of this. And they may have some objectives, at times, that are slightly different than ours, but there’s only one hand on the wheel ultimately directing this, whether it’s Project Freedom or previously Operation Epic Fury, and it’s President Trump. So, we’re grateful for their input, their insights, the existential nature of the threat they face from an Iranian bomb, the capabilities that they can bring to that. But ultimately, the coordination will happen with the leadership of President Trump.”

Wes Anderson on why he loves "Murmur of the Heart" (1971) & the s€duct!ve quality of it despite its taboo subject: "I LOVE French movies. I've got a strong prejudice in favour of them. A lot of my favourite directors are French, in particular Truffaut, Renoir and Louis Malle - and 'Murmur of the Heart' (1971) is probably my key Louis Malle movie. My first information on it was in a book of collected reviews by the critic Pauline Kael. But the first time I saw it was when it was re-released in America in the mid-Nineties. I was really ready for it - and I was blown away. "To me, that [!nc€st] aspect of the story never feels appalling. The stuff between him and the mother feels more kind of romantic almost - but also taboo and scary in a way, which makes it even more s€duct!ve. It's forbidden - you feel like they're crossing into very dangerous territory. But the way it's handled in the movie is somehow just right. You know it's not traumatic - it ends up being an expression of how close they are, and how connected they are, and the movie is about that relationship. I love Laurent because he's a combination of something I end up being drawn to in movies, somebody who's kind of brilliant in a way. He's younger than his brothers, but he's advanced beyond them. He's reading Camus and so on, and they make fun of him for being this kind of bookish person, and he has some jazz records that he loves - I like those aspects of his identity. But he's also got a really rebellious side, and I like the relationship between him and his brothers - I really think it's funny, and there's this kind of good wildness to it. "I also love the mother. In Antonioni's 'L'Avventura' (1960), as Anna, Lea Massari was totally cold and highly strung. But in 'Murmur of the Heart' she's very warm and sweet and romantic, and so appealing. With 'Rushmore' (1998), what I pictured making was a movie about someone at that age, the sort of movie that's only made in France, and a movie of the kind that I most admire by Louis Malle and Francois Truffaut - especially 'Murmur of the Heart'. What the movie ended up being, though, is I don't know what. Anderson could scarcely be more candid about his passion for Malle, who died in 1995. When Rushmore was released on a special-edition DVD, the studio held a party in New York in its honour. "They wanted us to screen 'Rushmore' and I just refused. I said, I've seen the movie too many times, everyone at the party's already seen it, so let's screen 'Murmur of the Heart' instead. It's a movie that I feel very comfortable being associated with, because I feel so connected to it." ("Film-makers on film: Wes Anderson", Mark Monahan, The Telegraph, 2002) P.S: Remembering the great Italian actress Lea Massari on her 93rd birthday!

Scrolling through Instagram and I see this Shelby Sapp’s video on how she walks up to construction workers and “uses a sales tactic” to get cigarettes from them. Now don’t get me wrong, Shelby is phenomenal at sales…but this right here illustrates what Nassim Taleb described as the “swimmers body illusion”. This would be a long read. But bear with me, this would help you think clearly and make better decisions. So Nassim Taleb wanted to lose weight, he decided to check different sports and what the people who participated in it looked like. Joggers looked scrawny and unhappy Body builders? Broad and stupid Cyclists? So bottom heavy. But swimmers? Now these looked phenomenal. Their bodies streamlined. So he decided to sign up at his local swimming pool and train hard twice a week. A short while he realized he had succumbed to an illusion. Professional swimmers don’t have perfect bodies because they train excessively…rather they’re good swimmers BECAUSE of their physique. i.e. How their bodies are designed is a factor for selection NOT the result of their activities. You also see this when female models advertise cosmetics and many female consumers believe the products make you beautiful meanwhile, the models are born attractive and then selected to market the products This is what the swimmers body illusion is, when we confuse selection factors with results. Back to Shelby Sapp—and by extension other creators. Whenever you see a creator who tends to be good looking go viral or become known for their craft, you’re safer to assume that it’s largely because they’re good looking than their skills ALONE (virality on social media can’t be divorced from appearance). Because someone who is significantly less appealing would likely be unable to pull it off. Therefore the results are not as a result of skill set but genetics—aka who they are. THIS SCENARIO…(I’m being specific…where…) Shelby Sapp walking up to construction workers in yoga pants and asking for a cigarette has NOTHING…to do with being good at sales. Instead it has everything to do with the fact that she’s a good looking young woman. It’s attraction at work not really persuasion. This is akin to when good looking people who observe that strangers are nicer to them, assume people are nice instead of concluding that they, themselves are good looking. Therefore as a rule of thumb…it’s better to learn from people who very close to you. Demographically, Psycho-graphically. If you’re faced with a choice to hire two people of equal skills and experience but one is significantly more physically attractive than the other…you’re safer to hire the LESS attractive option, because if they’ve been able to make such career progress despite being conventionally unattractive it safe to conclude that they’re good at what they do. This way you eliminate the risk of falling for the swimmer body illusion. I hope this helps you make better decision. (In who you choose to learn from and how you buy things)

Should Christian Nationalism and Catholic Integralism be taken seriously? Ben Sasse answers. “‘Should they be taken seriously?’ I mean, ultimately I think no — but I want to be humble about how and why we get there.” “Can people who are skeptical of a lot of Enlightenment assumptions be reasonable in making those cases? Of course. I'm pretty sympathetic to a lot of what the Enlightenment offered us in response to many of the things that had just come before. But that doesn't mean that the Enlightenment is at all a foretaste of heaven.” “I think there is a temptation right now to have an over-realized eschatology where people want to find a city that has foundations. ‘Right now, dang it, I'm ready to build it and I want it to be better and I want it now. And I want to smash the people who are in the way of it’ is tonally the way a lot of these folks talk.” “But philosophically, having a debate is one thing and claiming that they're doing practical politics is quite another. So I think it is important, without us, you know, trying to answer a lot of these questions, to at least acknowledge there are Catholic claims about integralism that a lot of Protestants seem to pine for and lust after without working through — what would that really mean?” “I just look at a lot of the debates of the last two months about women's suffrage and I just kind of want to shake my head and say, ‘Man, this is a weirdo online phenomenon.’ There is no chance on earth that any of these folks who are advancing some sub-varieties of Christian nationalism are actually thinking there's math by which they're going to end women's suffrage. And yet they talk like it. Because online, it seems really provocative to say things like that. And I don't really know what it's worth to linger on some of these silly online debates.” Watch: Listen:

WATCH: Joe Lonsdale on Elon, Trump & the future of DOGE: "I'm obviously supportive of everything Elon did there. I was a little frustrated with the comment he made earlier this week, which was that, oh, there’s a tidal wave of AI coming and therefore we don’t need to worry about cleaning [up] government. I think that’s actually the wrong conceptual model..." Andrew Ross Sorkin: We often talk about DOGE. I know you’re an old pal of Elon’s. What do you think about some of the comments that Elon has made about DOGE recently? And just the talk about fractured relationships, the fractured relationship with the Trump Administration right now? Joe Lonsdale: Listen, there’s been a lot of mess there the last couple of weeks. We still have a lot of our smartest friends working at DOGE. They’re still cutting billions of dollars of nonsense. I’m really glad they’re there. I don’t want them to give it up. I'm obviously supportive of everything Elon overall did there. I was a little frustrated with the comment he made earlier this week, which was that, oh, there’s a tidal wave of AI coming. And therefore we don’t need to worry about cleaning the beach of the government. I think that’s actually the wrong conceptual model. The correct conceptual model, Andrew, is that AI is coming to our society, and it’s really important that AI ends up lifting everyone up. And the way it’s going to do that is through western civilization... so we have this civilization that’s based on the Enlightenment, based on property rights. It’s Judeo-Christian values. It’s classical virtues, it’s a functional civilization. We don’t want to give that all up for AI. We want to go in, we want to make healthcare and education work better, but we have to do it through the way it works. Andrew: What did you think he was saying there? Because here he was for a very long time saying, we need to actually make government more efficient. And then there seemed to be a little bit of a switch to say, actually, maybe not. Was that a lesson that he learned? Just sort of suffering in Washington in the swamp, or do you think that was really a view that, you know, I really is going to change everything, and basically everyone was wasting their time? Joe: I think making government work better is really, really hard. It takes a lot of persistence. It takes a lot of time. On the margin, his time might be better spent building these amazing AI companies, and I think that’s completely legit. But I don’t think we should discount the importance of fixing government, especially because of AI, because if we want to have everyone do better in health care and education and government itself, these things need to be functional. They need to work with it. They need to block crony capitalism. That means functional government. So you need both.

Shapiro: When you have a president who is focused on making money for himself, that corruption leaves us all worse off because it means he’s picking favorites not based on what benefits the American people, but on what benefits him and his children. He’s picking sides in battles that ultimately are un-American because he’s putting his own profiteering ahead of the needs of the American people. That’s point one: his corruption has a real cost to the American people. Point two, though, is that what he’s doing seemingly is totally protected because the Supreme Court of the United States made one of its worst decisions, really over the last century, to give this president absolute and total immunity. And so he feels like he can do anything. So while he sits in that gilded Oval Office, he’s not focused on solving your problems, getting you health care, putting a roof over your head, or driving down your costs. Instead, he’s focused on trying to figure out how he can make a buck for himself and his family. And that is at odds with meeting the needs of the American people. So the first thing is his corruption has a cost to you, and the second thing is his corruption has been enabled by this Supreme Court, which has given him absolute and total immunity. That’s why we need real reform. That’s why we need anti-corruption laws at the federal level. I could make an argument that we need a 28th Amendment to our Constitution to bake in some stricter guardrails to protect the American people from a president of the United States who lacks integrity, ethics, and honor the way this president does. I think everything needs to be on the table. We need real reform.

This is Bill Maher at his best. Maher dragged Patton Oswalt out of his bubble and forced him to confront the brutal reality of the UK’s immigration crisis. He exposed the horrifying details of Muslim grooming gangs, while Oswalt tried to play dumb. Maher didn’t let him. MAHER: “What’s going on in England right is a lot of that.” OSWALT: “What’s going on in England?” MAHER: “Again, not in the bubble…a lot of violence, protests, immigration.” “Andrew Sullivan, for example, says places that my grandfather would not even recognize anymore as British.” “Like, immigration is great, anything can be too much. It’s become ‘Islamicized’ to put it briefly.” Oswalt tried to hand-wave it away. OSWALT: “Anything can be too much, but a lot of times the way that things are framed and represented, is also amplified so that they can make their point.” Maher hit him with the bombshell. MAHER: “But do you know about…the grooming scandal?” OSWALT: “No.” MAHER: “See, that’s a big story!” He then laid out the details the left refuses to confront: “I’m talking about Pakistani men, who were immigrants, who were grooming poor, impoverished White girls, mostly, and making them into prostitutes and sex slaves.” “Like really nasty shit, that would pass for more normal in a traditional Pakistani society, where women are not considered equal citizens.” Maher then delivered his most devastating point: “And if you don’t understand that, and that gender apartheid is the number one issue that you woke people should be concerned with, but seem not to be, then right away we’re not really seeing the world as the same way.” “I’m seeing it much more clearly.” “Gender apartheid should be your NUMBER ONE issue, if you really care about oppression, like a lot…I’m talking about hundreds of millions of the world’s women.” “And it’s mostly because of the tenets of Islam, to be perfectly honest about it.” “In the interest of DEI, they are allowing practices that are so illiberal—which is the great irony—this is the LEAST liberal thing you could be is treating women as a second-class citizen and getting away with shit like this.”

250709 | #ATEEZ #Hongjoong on how creative expression beyond music inspires his growth as an artist , TOKTOQ pop (voice) live (rough translation): I’m also studying design and slowly creating things on my own, step by step. I’ve said something similar before, but honestly - who knows what might happen in the distant future, right? For now, though, I’m still in the process of learning more about myself - my tastes, my design style, and how I work. And I know that if I ever do create something, our ATINYs would definitely take interest and support it. But as I continue getting to know myself, I just want to say - and I’ll say this clearly - I have absolutely no intention of starting a brand or selling anything at this point. Not even a little bit. Right now, I just see this - working and designing - as another way of expressing myself. That’s all it is. At least for now, I don’t have any plans beyond that. So I know there are people who hope I might do something more with this, and on the other hand, there may also be some fans who start to wonder, “Is he planning something?” - and maybe feel a bit uneasy about it. Because it could seem like I’m taking on too much or not focusing on my main work. But I’m very aware of that myself, and honestly, I don’t want that to happen. I really don’t. So to be clear - I’ll say it firmly - I don’t have any such plans right now. It all started simply because I wanted to try wearing clothes from different brands, and eventually, I thought, “I want to wear what I want,” or “I want to create something I’d like to wear.” That’s the situation I’m in. I just want to keep expressing myself. As long as it doesn’t become a burden for me or interfere with my schedule, I’d love to keep doing fun and creative things and share them with our ATINYs. So… it’s really just that. Since I’ve been using something like a stylized “HJ” - kind of like a personal mark - some people might start thinking, “Oh, is he launching a brand?” But absolutely not. That’s not the case at all. I’ve just been adding that mark to the clothes I make because I think it looks nice, and it kind of makes it feel like it’s mine. That’s really all there is to it. To be honest, I do want to make a tag eventually, but the design isn’t fully clear in my head yet - I haven’t figured it out. So for now, I’m just using the logo that’s in my mind. And honestly, it’s not like I’m trying to hide anything or doing something secretly behind my members’ backs. I just wanted to talk about it openly and put it out there. Because that way, I can really have fun with it. And if our ATINYs say, “Oh, that looks nice,” then I can just feel happy about it as it is. And even if I end up making something that doesn’t turn out so great sometimes, if ATINYs say, “You made that?” - even that, I can just laugh and enjoy it for what it is. So that’s what it is. That’s really the reason. Continuously creating - not just in music, but in other areas too - gives me so much energy. And I truly believe that this kind of creativity brings new inspiration to my performances as well. I think that’s what it is - the process of constantly making something new gives me another kind of drive, another kind of motivation. That’s what it feels like to me. So… that’s why I enjoy it. And honestly, that’s also why - even more so - I feel more motivated when it comes to things like choreography practice, or even just the basics of rapping. It makes me want to put in even more effort.

Lascaux Cave - the Sistine Chapel of the Paleolithic Period : Lascaux Cave is a Palaeolithic cave situated in southwestern France, near village of Montignac in Dordogne region, which houses some of most famous examples of prehistoric cave paintings... Close to 600 paintings – mostly of animals - dot the interior walls of the cave in impressive compositions. Horses are the most numerous, but deer, aurochs, ibex, bison, and even some felines can also be found. Besides these paintings, which represent most of the major images, there are also around 1400 engravings of a similar order. The art, dated to 17000-15000 BC, falls within the Upper Palaeolithic period and was created by the clearly skilled hands of humans living in the area at that time. The region seems to be a hotspot; many beautifully decorated caves have been discovered there. Exact meaning of the paintings at Lascaux or any of the other sites is still subject to discussion, but the prevailing view attaches a ritualistic or even spiritual component to them, hinting at the sophistication of their creators. Lascaux was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 1979, along with other prehistoric sites in its proximity. Art at Lascaux was both painted on and engraved into the uneven walls of the cave, artists working with edges and curves of the walls to enhance their compositions. Resulting impressive displays depict mainly animals, but also a significant amount of abstract symbols, and even a human. Of the animals, horses dominate the imagery, followed by deer and aurochs, and then ibex and bison. A few carnivores, such as lions and bears, are also present. The archaeological record of the area shows that the depicted animals reflect the fauna that was known to these Palaeolithic humans. The entrance of the cave leads away from the daylight and straight into the main chamber of the cave, the Hall of the Bulls. Aptly named, this space contains mostly aurochs, a now-extinct type of large cattle. In a round dance, four large bulls tower above fleeing horses and deer, the relief of the walls serving to emphasise certain parts of the paintings. The animals are shown in side-view, but with their horns turned, giving the paintings a liveliness indicative of great skill. So far, these animals are easily identifiable, but others are less clear-cut. Seemingly pregnant horse with what looks like one horn on its head. Another mysterious figure is depicted with panther skin, a deer's tail, a bison's hump, two horns and a male member. Creative minds have suggested it may be a sorcerer or wizard, but what it really represents is hard to determine. Beyond the Hall of the Bulls lies Axial Gallery, a dead-end passage, but a spectacular one at that. It has been dubbed the 'Sistine Chapel of Prehistory,' as its ceiling is home to several eye-catching compositions. Red aurochs stand with their heads forming a circle, while the main figures of Gallery stand opposite one another: a mighty black bull on one side, a female aurochs on the other, seemingly jumping onto some sort of lattice that has been drawn underneath her hooves. There are horses in many shapes, including one known as 'Chinese horse,' with its hooves depicted slightly to the back, demonstrating a use of perspective far ahead of its time. Towards the back of the passage, a horse gallops with its mane blowing in the wind while its companion falls over with legs in the air. Original cave was closed to public in 1963 CE, after it became clear that many visitors caused, among others, growth of algae on cave walls, dealing irreparable damage to the paintings. Despite closure, fungi have spread within cave, and efforts to control these issues and protect art are ongoing. Those looking for an alternative experience can visit Lascaux II, a replica of Great Hall of Bulls and Painted Gallery sections, which was opened in 1983 CE and is located a mere 200m from original cave. 🎥 : Credit to the Owner #archaeohistories

❗️okayy i wanna yap abt this here, so if u dont like it better leave me alone 🙂‍↔️ #GeminiFourth first of all, he said “i wouldn’t buy flowers for someone i love for a special occasion because i feel like they can’t use it, so i would give them a present, that’s very practical and i’d rather they use it everyday” which means, in general, he sees practical gifts as being more meaningful than flowers but in reality, he keeps giving flowers to the same person on every important occasion (ofc it’s fourth nattawat) 🙂‍↕️ and that shows there are a possibility ❗️fourth is the exception he knows the flowers he gives are a symbol of the bond between them, he cares more abt the receiver’s happiness than his own preference gemini isn’t the type of person who gives flowers to someone. but in reality, he’s already given fourth flowers at every important event. that means those flowers were never just random gifts to gemini 🫣😳 imo, sometimes ppl have their own principles, but when it comes to someone who means a lot to them, they’re willing to put those principles aside bc they know it’ll make that person happy. in relationships, ppl often do things they once said they’d never do. and gemini did that for fourth. then… he also said that the most important thing to him is “time” bc he’s always busy working. and usually he doesn’t remember special occasions. but if he’s willing to spend his free time on someone, that’s the romantic thing he does. now try to remember… 🫨🤭 - going to his friend’s important event twice to bring flowers - making sure to send flowers for his friend even when he was busy - going to visit his friend early in the morning on his birthday (bc he missed him) - and now he even often goes to the gym together with his friend 🫣 and that friend… we all know who it is 🙂‍↔️ (that number boy) he spends his time on fourth. the thing that’s the most valuable and the most important to him, besides his family oh boy… he said he’s not romantic but everything he does for fourth is so romantic… 😮‍💨😮‍💨 what am i supposed to do with this conclusion… bc in the end, it means he’s doing all of those most romantic things for his friend, that number boy fourth nattawat 😭😭 i can’t… this is so sweet… gemini is so sweet… maybe this is just my delulu, but i really believe gemfot have something that’s more than just friends… 🤭🤭 #trustmeagain

The great Frank Lampard talking with the great Rodri about scanning. Mr Lampard calls it picturing, borrowing from his father’s term for it. “Pictures, pictures, pictures” Frank Lampard Snr used to shout from the sidelines as he watched his son progress at the West Ham Academy. Why? Because all team invasion sports are the same. At the heart of these games lie the skills of anticipation and decision-making. Players who scan their performance environment give themselves the opportunity to: 1. See opportunities to exploit them 2. See dangers to deal with them 3. See patterns to understand the game around them So, of course, it’s critical to instruct a player to scan. And, of course, creating activities in sessions that encourage scanning is crucial. But here’s the thing. Perhaps the most powerful way to promote scanning behaviour is to help players understand why ‘picture taking’ is important. So often, establishing the meaning underpinning behaviour can change behaviour. Useful can be to encourage players to understand that your team invasion sport is about actions and interactions. They constantly have to interact with their playing environment - teammates, opposition, space, ball, and target. Help them understand they are detectives of what’s happening around them. A Sherlock Holmes of the interacting elements emerging and dissolving, shifting and shaping around them. By moulding their interest in their performance environment, you help your players mentally in two ways. It places their focus of attention outwards - they get out of their head into the game - an external focus of attention. Importantly, it also increases their activation levels (alertness and readiness) due to a rise in their fascination with what’s going on around them (a dopaminergic link here, perhaps). Scanning, scanning, scanning Pictures, pictures, pictures …these are important instructions…but even more powerful could be to help players understand why they need to get their head up and start exploring the game around them.
