VW:

Fat Ego in PR teams Bro :)

On the verge of shutting shops without a partner. Sometimes I wonder, if Tata can turnaround its operations and become a number 2 player in just 5 years..it can be done with any brand but only if..they think they are in a do or die situation.

I agree Tata is an inspiration 10 yrs back they were struggling with Indica Manza Bolt type cars They have absolutely turned the tables

Car parked in open space/direct sunlight leads to deteriorate these plastic cladding. I liked the way @TATA_CARS introduced naturally greyed plastic cladding their Punch.ev It'll retain its original shade for longer run

@TATA_CARS T-Roc six years baahr hi khadi hai Brother Yeh to parson wash kar ke andar ki maine

@TATA_CARS Imported maal ka fayeda😸

@TATA_CARS Absolutely

I owned both Tata and Mahindra paaji, after 2-2.5 years their plastic cladding parts fade pretty badly. I mean it’s just me but I get that OCD feeling when I watched it everyday. These hidden things is why European brands are at a global level. Underrated thing but very important

Absolutely Brother

I have kept my Seltos in a shaded area for majority of its life. It’s cladding is more grey than black. This is curable, just use wax and polish once a month, or silicone sprays made for claddings. Some tradeoffs have to be made for peace of mind.

I agree and clearly mentioned upfront in the video :)

t-roc plastic quality undoubtedly better than hyundai creta NLine -

And that’s why i would always say TATA and MAHINDRA cars specially the ones close to 30 LAKHS. Are not worth it !! Quality degrades each passing day and you feel the pinch …

I personally would spend max 20L on an Indian brand 🙏

@vaibhavgoswami What do you think of XUV 7X0? Is it a good family car for highways or one should choose sorrento HTE(0)?

@volklub @volklub Bhai is an expert, but per my first hand experience 30L Mahindra and Tata are a big No .. no matter what others say .. overhyped sub standard products …

@volklub Oh I am just in a dilemma if spending additional 8L makes sense

@volklub Sorrento!

Bro , my cousin has a 2024 model Creta N line while i have a 2023 jan model Alcazar diesel but i was shocked last month that exterior & interior plastic as u mentioned quality has gone down while in Alcazar it still feels top notch. Is it due to maintenance or different build ?

I actually now have mixed opinion about Hyundai in overall quality. I mentioned in Alcazar review too that paint is average, some places had diff colour of plastics as if they are faded, some piano finish materials creak like it does in Skoda... It is just that layout is so so good that things get ignored but there is nothing exceptional about the quality esp after 1 yr when car face the heat. I will talk about it in detail in my long video.

Yes waiting for that because off late Hyundai seem to have taken a back step & i am waiting desperately for things to get more commanding with Hyundai or i think they are making KIA do all the heavylifting.

Tata fanbois started complaining about tata even when the video is about a Hyundai

totally depends on owner, u have regularly used polish to maintain troc trims, but creta clearly didn't get that treatment much.

I never did that regularly Brother Only 2-3 times all these years. I actually wash very quickly & it takes 30-35 min but T-Roc is that one car that it looks new everytime

Then no doubt, plastic trims r better in t roc. Also i think that, t roc's plastics r much smoother n so water doesn't stay in it, while koreans trims r irregular. Plastic gets white mostly due to water

The paint and build quality of the door cladding on my 6 yr old etios cross is also top notch. No fading till date.

Tail lamps of old cars tell you all you need to know. Some OEMs, they remain bright red, others will consistently show fading. You can easily tell which OEMs have higher standards and which ones are trying to force an extra screen, under a budget.

Good observation

Because Manufacturers not using 100% Virgin Polymer (mixing 30-50% of recycled plastic)

The T Roc must be many times more expensive than the N line so quality of material use also matters which I guess gets better as you move up.

Hyundai ne saara accha plastic interior mein laga diya lmao

Yes Quality doesn’t announce itself. It proves it

Found the same problem with a 6month old Duster standing in our society parking lot just yesterday I was really surprised to see on Renault

@MotorOctane send him some plastic recovery sprays for sample testing😚

It's the same story with the plastic cladding for both Hyundai & Kia. Real eyesore after a point, which is pretty soon in our weather & water hardness levels. I had mentioned this back in 2023 when the first gen Seltos had an update.

Hyundai has thes issues,faded plastic and orange peel paint is common

Are you reviewing the N Line? Or have you bought it? 😎

My friends creta is. Showing lot of issues like steering and gear leather wrap damaged within 1.5 yr . Its looks like Hyundai is also going on cheap ways.

Yesterday I noticed that steering in Turbo Creta is better than Creta EV

the variant my friend have is also on of the top and costs 20L on road. They are replacing it in warranty but the quality is an issue.

VW strengths market ni kar skda. Halle v ni aanda ena nu krna

Great Insight 👍

So true Sir!!!

It is an issue with Hyundai and KIA cars. The plastic beading just colors out and had polish it to look good. Though there are some solutions but I don't think it works apart from painting it black. A matt black paint would look great

@volklub paji strat using this Trim coat. Easily lasts upto 6 months in Punjab's heat provided it doesnt come sin contact of water within 1st 24 hours of application. CerakoteCeramics Ceramic Trim Coat Kit. Stop using that cheap Motor Octane trim coating.😁

Cheap plastic quality for a premium price is unacceptable

Creta N line cannot match the quality of vw/skoda in certain areas but overall it is a good practical product. What I have found that Hyundai/Kia is serving very good as my secondary car. Primary being a german.

Yes I agree

Dedication aisa hona chahiye. This gentleman spends most of his time nitpicking other brands. And remaining time praising Schhoda and VW (Germans) for nits and bits. But anyways, good orator. Appreciate a lot.

What's the solve? Any product that will help?

Seems like it's always parked in the direct sunlight.

Meri wali vi Veere bahr hi hundi mostly Dho ke andar park kiti c parson meehn to bachaaan lyi

German 🇩🇪

Sir monthly running below 1000km and mostly on highway. Considering Brezza turbo ( I see value for money ) What will you suggest? Confused between kylaq and brezza , it’s going to be my first car.

Brezza 10 on 10 times as a first time buyer Get with ext warranty and stick to private petrol pumps

Thank you so much sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
