Here's the two-part Vikhroli Bridge Review with some suggestions on how things can be improved! Tested it during peak morning hours. PART 1 - EEH TO VIKHROLI BRIDGE. DISTANCE: 300 Metres TRAVEL TIME: 20 mins, 39 secs Yes, this is not the bridge itself. But this key stretch, which leads to the bridge, gets jammed because the bridge itself is jammed! It took 20 minutes and 39 seconds just to reach the starting point of the bridge from the EEH ramp at an average speed of 0.87 km/h for 300 metres! Also towards the end of the video, you will spot some 2-wheelers coming from the other side of the bridge, taking a U-Turn to go towards Tagore Nagar and blocking the cars trying to enter the bridge from the EEH side. Yes, the Traffic Police were stationed at the entry managing the traffic, but they seemed helpless and clueless.

PERIOD: It will last for 110 days and end on Tuesday, September 23rd. - Work will be done in 8 phases to make it easier for all road users. - Phase 1 to 4 cover repairs on Oworoshoki inbound Alapere - Phase 5-8 to cover Alapere towards Oworonshoki from July 15th to September 23rd. PLS NOTE: The road will not be completely closed. Diversions will happen about 50 meters before the work zones. You'll rejoin your normal lane 50 meters after. The Msikaba Bridge being built by the ANC led Government, which will be the 3rd highest bridge in Africa once completed in 2025, will feature in the National Geographic series of "Building Impossible with Daniel Ashville", from 12 September on DStv’s channel 181. The bridge will make the route between Durban and East London 80km shorter. The bridge’s construction is set to create approximately 8,000 full-time jobs. Once completed, ongoing operation work on the bridge is expected to create 900 direct jobs and up to 18,900 indirect jobs.

🇦🇲🇮🇷| After years of emphasis by Iranian experts, Tehran & Yerevan have finally agreed on the construction of the 2nd border bridge at Norduz, over the Aras River. Farzaneh Sadegh, minister of Roads & Urban development, said the two countries have reached a preliminary agreement for the construction of the 2nd Norduz border bridge, improvement of the existing bridge, organization of terminals, and revision of truck tolls." — Which hopefully reduces time for truck transits. Iran's Minister of Roads and Urban Development added that the strategic project connecting the Persian Gulf to the Black Sea via railway is progressing. The railway line up to Jolfa in Iran exists , and its continuation from Nakhchivan to Yerevan has been approved. This railway line can play an important role in transit between Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Europe." In Armenia, construction of the road leading to the border with Iran has begun. We shall wait and see whether the minister can uphol to her promise to build the 2nd border bridge within a few months, after years of promises and sabotage by infiltrated Pan-Turk lobby.
