Part of its norms was prepared based on the proposals of the International Sanctions Group chaired by Michael McFaul and Andriy Yermak. This package would additionally limit Russia's profits it has received in Europe so far, as well as block some of the routes to bypass the previously introduced sanctions. This is now one of the priority tasks. All our partners are fully informed about how critical it is to block all routes of bypassing sanctions. The terrorist state still has access to various products and components, technology, and financial schemes created by those in the world, who still value freedom and international law. Russia must be in complete isolation, while Russia's main export products are evil and death.

We are going for the maximum impact sanctions now. It's a new sanctions regime. We come in, we hit them hard, we hit them fast, we hit them heavy. And that's what we are doing with Iran. And President Trump has instructed me that if we need to, we will go to a 10 with sanctions to bring president Putin to the table. But I'm optimistic that he will be able to get him to the table without increasing the sanctions. But all options are on the table to increase and go to maximum energy sanctions on Russia if needed."
