According to authorities, an altercation over luggage broke out, and the woman used the spray to attack a victim, whom she knows and attended the Pride event with on Sunday. Hundreds had to be evacuated as the mace spread through the hotel’s air-conditioning system. EMT’s treated dozens of guests for sore throats, coughing, and breathing issues. The woman fled the scene, and police are still searching for her.
