I built this onboarding before Claude Code or Codex existed. I made it open source on GitHub, so take it if you want.

CODEX SKILL THAT FINDS COMPLEXITY HOTSPOTS IN YOUR CODEBASE! I made a Codex skill that finds performance hotspots, proposes one safe optimization, and proves whether it actually worked. Scan your project while Codex creates a repeatable benchmark, asks for approval before changing any files, runs the tests, and compares real before/after performance. → performance hotspot detection → mandatory approval before edits → repeatable before/after benchmarks → median, p95 + noise analysis → PROVEN / INCONCLUSIVE / REGRESSION verdict → behavior and test verification → native Markdown report → one-command install Install: npx --yes codex-speedup-proof 100% open source. Repo in bio.

We added a device tool bar to the Codex in-app browser, so it's easier to build and test responsive apps! Now, you can have Codex test your app in different dimensions, so it can fix bugs & improve UI for every device. Just click the 3 dots on the right of the URL bar to use it! As part of this change, we also: - improved the speed of browser use (~30% in my vibe testing) - tightened the animation of the cursor - added a way to hide the composer in full screen mode - fixed a few bugs for browser use in Windows Oliver Tepman and John Nastos cooked on this one! Try it out and let us know what you think!

CODEX SKILL TO BRUTALLY TEST ANY STARTUP IDEA! Most startup ideas sound good. This Codex skill tells you why they probably won’t work. Just give Codex your idea and it pressure-tests it for you -> finds the core assumption -> exposes fatal flaws -> checks if the problem is real -> maps real competitors -> plans your first 10 customers -> defines a 2 week MVP Install: npx --yes codex-startup-pressure-test-skill@latest 100% open source. YOU GUYS WIN Boop (my custom AI agent) is now OPEN SOURCE 🥳 I built this just for me but 700+ people commented on my last 3 videos asking me to open source it so here we are :) This is my first major open-source library so please forgive any rough edges or bad code 😅

We’re launching Codex for Open Source to support the contributors who keep open-source software running. Maintainers can use Codex to review code, understand large codebases, and strengthen security coverage without taking on even more invisible work.

CODEX SKILL THAT FINDS COMPLEXITY HOTSPOTS IN YOUR CODEBASE! I made a Codex skill that analyzes your codebase and reports where performance can be improved safely. Scan your project while Codex checks loops, repeated lookups, render-heavy code, N+1 patterns, and places where complexity can potentially be reduced without breaking behavior. -> codebase complexity analysis -> O(n²), O(n*m), repeated scan detection -> before/after complexity estimates -> safe optimization suggestions -> risk level + tests needed -> report-only mode by default -> one-command install Install: npx --yes codex-complexity-optimizer 100% open source. Repo in Bio.

If you use AI, you need to switch to Omarchy immediately It is an AI first, open source operating system by DHH and it has skyrocketed my productivity In this video I cover how to use it, how to install it, and why I'm having more fun using computers than I ever have before:
