I would have recommended Faulkner Mazda in trevose. Been working with them for YEARS. But hope you are good with the situation and like what you got. Sometimes it’s best to move past an issue and not stress. Tough situation.

they should have done a dealer buy back... i'm pissed that they did that to you considering that they are now gonna be in hot water around the other dealerships in PA. this is coming from someone who literally works at a dealership near there but i won't say which for obv reasons

Man, I feel so bad for not seeing your posts about this situation earlier. I've managed dealerships for a decade and I've unfortunately seen situations like this far too frequently. It sounds like the dealer did all the wrong things.

The fact that the guy who ruined your car still has a job is ridiculous. I would think that as a manager of any kind you'd fire someone like that on the spot, no second questions or whatever. But someone who has worked in that line of work can let me know if I'm just an idiot. 😂
