Finally got around to something that I've had planned for years; adding a very slight spring interpolation to the camera in order to make it a tiny bit smoother and more physical. Looks pretty damn good I think! (Sneak peak at the new Super Cylinder layout too)

There's also a better spring interpolation on the machine mesh itself, but that's a smaller change with less effect on the overall presentation from the player's perspective. It does make a pretty big difference with opponents nearby on the track, though!

$this is now a much more accurate representation of the space and it still holds that GPT-5.4 is a bit more explorative it's now based on kamada–kawai layout instead of the default spring layout, and there are much more nodes and edges than before (still need to optimize it tho) but it's not close to all nodes or edges in the neighborhood, still only a tiny fraction the fuzzball is very dense$

I've been talking about these real-time AI render layers for a few years now as an obvious next step for 3d, but seeing it unfolding (albeit still in the early stages), is pretty amazing. We don’t get to see too much from Tyler Loop, but I think he had a pretty decent outing at the Ravens’ open stadium practice earlier today. I think all three kicks were good, but the camera angle made it hard to tell. The first two attempts were definitely too close for comfort! I love that they iced him too. Coach Minter confirmed after practice that there was something on the line: 50 push-ups if he missed.
