An attempt to murder FIR under BNS sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351(3) and 3(5) has lodged against Hasin Jahan, the estranged wife of Mohammed Shami and Arshi Jahan, her daughter from her first marriage by her neighbour Dalia Khatun in Suri town of Birbhum district in West Bengal. This person Daksh Chaudhary who attacked Kanhaiya Kumar today was recently (Feb) arrested by Ghaziabad Police for conspiring to spoil the atmosphere by entering a Mosque. There was an FIR registered against him by DCP TRANS HINDON COMMISSIONERATE GHAZIABAD under 151A, 295, 295A, 323, 504 and 506. He can also be seen with Manoj Tiwari in one of the pics below.

Custodial death of an 18 year old Irfan in Karachi . Irfan who belonged to Ahmedpur Sharqia had recently come to Karachi to live with his uncle after being affected by the disastrous flood. On the morning of 11:30am on 22nd October he along with three of his relatives Kamran, Salman and Nasir were abducted from the roadside by Police Officials of SIU/CIA who registered no case, did not cause any formal arrest and subject the youth to torture resulting in his death after which they left his body at JPMC. The families got a call from police on the night of 23rd Oct to come and collect the three boys. The Police trying to cover their steps registered a bogus and illegal FIR under the wrong provisions of law through SHO SIU/CIA as Sadr PS under Section 319 PPC which relates to Qatl-e-khata and is a bailable offence. This is a case of murder under Section 302 PPC punishable under Section 9 of the Torture and Custodial Death (Prevention and Punishment) Act 2022 which mandates tries all guilty police officials including all aiders and abettors. The family after protesting for 5 days in Karachi have left for Ahmedpur Sharqia for Irfan's burial. They were not involved during the Post mortem of the body and have not been provided any report as yet. Under the Custodial Torture law any and all investigating is exclusive mandate of FIA under the supervision of National Commission of Human Rights. The high ups of Sindh Police in order to appease the media have suspended some of the officials involved in the incident but even they are aware that a faulty FIR has been registered and proper proceedings are not taking place. We demand that National Commission for Human Rights takes immediate notice of this incident and a Complaint be registered with FIA without further delay, the police official be arrested and proper investigation be launched against Irfan's custodial death and without wasting any time the testimony of Salman, Kamran and Nasir be preserved by recording their statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C before magistrate. #JusticeForIrfan

3rd & 10 3 man route concept, everything takes forever to develop and none of it is even remotely open 2 extra guys in protection against a 4-man rush, pressure still allowed Putting in Trevor Siemian won't fix this. I just don't get what plays people are pointing to where you can say yeah, Siemian would've gotten it done here. If we get to the point where that happens I'll call for Zach to be benched but right now a relatively high percentage of the failed plays are not on him. Last year, yelling for him to be benched made sense because the film clearly showed that he was constantly botching good opportunities. Right now, that isn't happening. There are barely any good opportunities to botch - and when they're there, he is capitalizing pretty decently, at least better than his first two years. People think Saleh is spewing coachspeak about Wilson's role in the struggles but the film is clearly backing up what he's saying. What he's dodging saying publicly (understandably) is how bad Hackett is.

I immensely thank Election Commission of India for initiating steps to ensure fairness in the upcoming elections in Telangana. However, I am surprised how Election Commission missed out Superintendent of Police, Asifabad-Komuram Bheem District! While I have nothing against him personally, but the manner he was brought in by abruptly transferring a tough officer, Mr Kalmeshwar, IPS at the behest of Sirpur MLA, Mr Konappa is raising a lot of eyebrows! Police Officer or any officer for that matter in high position should not only maintain utmost integrity, but also appear transparent. If the district SP goes to a private trust, (Koneru Konappa Trust) owned by MLA which is built on the government land subverting rules and felicitates MLA in public gaze and serves food there, what kind of neutrality can we expect in the elections? While MLA’s family is actively involved in illegal Satta(Matka) and other illegal activities not even one case was booked against the culprits so far despite complaints to local police, how can a common man gather strength to go to the police station? In fact, SC/ST prevention of Atrocities act was recklessly used against political opponents in this district, at the behest of MLA! Three innocent student volunteers of Delhi University get kidnapped and thrashed by the MLA’s followers for no reason and it took almost 24 hours to register FIR in Kagaznagar Rural PS and I had to talk to three senior most IPS officers for that and police allowed the culprits to surrender after 72 hours! Most of the SHOs were appointed here after they produced the letters of endorsement of the sitting MLA! Can they be fair and neutral or will they show loyalty to their benefactor? We are going to lodge formal complaint with CEO, Telangana and ECI to replace SP Asifabad with a neutral officer with immediate effect. I am attaching the photos here. So since you don’t want to show every one the full context, I’ll do it, and expose how you are lying now and lied in the debate. Sinai doesn’t help your claim that the Quran believes the previous scriptures were textually corrupted. He says he doesn’t think the Quran believes the previous scriptures were corrupted in the deep past and that they are unrecoverable (Clip 1). Now let’s look at the short clip you pulled in context (Clip 2). First, what he says does not affirm why you cited him to begin with, which is that the Quran is supposed to be a supreme authority and determine which parts of our scriptures are corrupt and which are not. In the very clip you pulled he says, “The Quran is claiming to be able to sort of determine the correct reading of these previous scriptures and to remedy misreading and misunderstandings.” So by arbiter he means it is not determining what parts of our scriptures are true or corrupted, it is only an arbiter in determining meaning. You just buried yourself by citing this, because you implied Sinai was saying the Quran is an arbiter for determining textual corruption, which he doesn’t say. Talking to the new interim Police Chief Perkins today, in my opinion, went well. I’d give it a B+. The guy seems legit. He seemed to really listen to us, for well over an hour! He answered every single question we had, whether we got the answers we wanted or not we still got his attention. What he does next with all of what was brought to his attention, is completely up to him. But here I am the sap still having hope. We have to. This guy gives me hope for Canton. Sucks that he’s just temporary, but at least we know there are a few good guys in there currently. Guys and girls who really don’t want their names, legacies and families name attached to scandals the cops before them left to clean up… 🙏 Time will tell, but until then, none of us will stop yapping for change. Ask questions. Get involved. Never take your foot off the gas. Of course there will be road bumps, blocks and complete rotary circles in this game of people vs government -but ANY steps, even baby steps, are better than none. We are NOT AND NEVER WERE anti-police. We need police. We NEED ORDER. But most importantly we NEED SAFETY. Everyone wants to feel safe. Breaks my gawt damn heart knowing a man, a great man at that, in his 70’s fell and broke his hip over the winter and was too afraid to call 911 knowing the Canton PD or MSP would be the ones to respond. (Won’t say his name cuz it’s not my story to tell) Others were getting rocks through their windows, phone calls saying if they didnt go away there will be a bullet put in their head, being followed, being almost ran over, having poison thrown onto their properties, tires flattened, the lists off insane traumatizing things residents of Canton have gone through since the death of Officer John O’Keefe is UNACCEPTABLE. For standing up demanding transparency. 😞 The man listened. I can say that. He gave feedback. Where this will go, who knows but he did agree that there should be MORE friendly get togethers and involvement with the cops and communities. I asked him not to give us false hope. He also confirmed that he knew the world was watching. He has been getting mountains of FOIA requests from out of state concerned people. 👏 (kudos to all of you) I reminded him that this is only going to get bigger, more eyes will be on this as time goes on, the WORLD is STILL watching. To be continued. Stay safe out there everyone. Be kind. Everyone is fighting something. 🙏 Give grace. And drink water. (And in case you didn’t know, NO higgy pants 👖 no longer has an office at CPD. )👏

Mentava’s early literacy software has taken 2yos (almost 3) to an early 2nd grade reading level in as little as 3 months. Some people think this is a miracle. I do not. If a kid can learn fast, we let them learn fast. If a kid learns slower, we let them learn slower. Armed with any decent phonics curriculum, I would expect a skilled parent/teacher who can motivate, engage, and teach a kid 1-1 on a daily basis over a period of several months to get similar results to our software. (I frequently recommend the book Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons as a cheaper alternative to Mentava.) So why do some families choose to pay $500/month for Mentava? Well, not everyone has the time/motivation/desire to become that teacher. Some people do, and they love that process. On the other hand, some families come to Mentava and say, “I used that book to teach my first child to read.
