These guys who harass other people with cameras, legal or not, are straight up losers

The solution is more auditing, which will inevitably lead to more training. This is one the citizens, collectively, must force the change. We all need to use our cameras more often while in public spaces.

Cops rarely rely on some weekend ‘training’ class with fake certificates. Cops rely on HARD lessons learned on the street, command discipline, & harsh hazing from their brothers in blue. YOU pay the price for all of the half truths & bullshit stuffed in their little heads.

Nothing's more of a threat to the public than the ego of a LOW IQ cop.

Only the shopping center property manager or owner can ask them to leave. The tenants all have their leases for their lease premises not the common area which is typically managed by the property owner.

Here is a fun fact. It takes less qualification to be a firefighter. Nothing against firefighters. We have our least qualified enforcing laws they can’t even articulate.

The Agitator has nothing to do in life but annoy people. It's how it helps to grow his Penis when he takes a stand. Of course he seeks a lawsuit and possibly $$. This way a real job isn't necessary.

Say it on camera “so you’re gonna a solicit trespasses” If they say no? Then why do they have to go talk to other business. As usual, they don’t get their way, they make a big deal out of it.

Bootlickers have engaged with me on posts like this. I've engaged back. Eventually they block me. Right before the block they cuss me out. Morons do not understand that we are slowly losing the Constitution to local, state, and fed law agencies. Agencies aren't trained or care.

This is an interesting exchange. I wonder if a single tenant can trespass. The really bad situation is when property owners provide trespass authority directly to police. I'm not done but this is a decent audit.

Shouldn’t police have to pass a test to prove they know the constitution before their issued a gun a badge and immunity. Doctors have to pass a test and get licensed before they can do their job. Cops don’t.. but one saves your life And The other one can take it.

Lawsuit against the cops for not knowing the trespassing laws, and the 4th amendment violation, and the 1st amendment violation, and the way that cop was soliciting a trespass on him and thats against the law.

It is illegal for police to solicit a business owner to have anyone trespassed, he could easily win a lawsuit against the officer, department, & city 💯

If I can't see your eyes I'm going to take that as a threat!. So what if your eyes were closed. What if you were blind and you were wearing the glasses or you were just wearing dark glasses. How does that officer still have a job?

An 80-year-old man with Parkinson's disease arrested for trespassing on his own property by incompetent officers... Here is the full backstory behind the encounter: The entire incident centered around a civil disagreement over property rights. According to Volusia County property appraiser records and mortgage statements, Edward Bowman is a rightful owner of the home and property, and he actively pays the mortgage on it. His stepdaughter also shares ownership rights to the home and property. A tenant living in a mother-in-law suite situated behind the main house called the police to report that Bowman and his stepdaughter were trespassing. The tenant claimed that Bowman lived on the property but did not own the specific house they were entering, arguing they had no right to be there. When Orange City Police officers arrived, the stepdaughter tried to explain that she had already spoken with a deputy earlier that morning who confirmed the situation was a civil property matter. However, the responding officers refused to listen to her explanation, giving her and Bowman a single warning to leave or face arrest. The Stepdaughter's Arrest: Officers arrested her for trespass. Despite her name being on the property appraiser site, police also attempted to charge her with possession of a firearm while trespassing because she had a licensed firearm in her pocket. Edward Bowman's Arrest: Despite Bowman explicitly stating, "This is my property," officers still handcuffed him and arrested him for trespassing. The city manager and the chief of police launched a formal review of the circumstances surrounding the incident. The Stepdaughter: All criminal charges against her were subsequently dropped after legal review confirmed her ownership status. Edward Bowman: Despite the property records proving his ownership, the police department pursued charges against him for trespass and resisting an officer without violence. The police officers also claimed that Edward had a$saulted them. Current Legal Status: Edward Bowan’s case remains active in the court system. His family and legal team are actively fighting the system and working to get the remaining charges completely dropped. While the state attorney's office ultimately dismissed the case against his stepdaughter, they have not yet formally dismissed the resisting charges against Bowman. The defense is heavily leveraging the property deeds and the video evidence—which shows his severe physical limitations—to pressure the state into throwing out the case.

🥵Man on ground being handcuffed: "Why are you being so rough with me?" 👮‍♀️Officer: Because you refuse to listen and turned away from me." In 2018 in Wasilla, Alaska, a man stood on the public sidewalk outside the Office of Children’s Services holding a sign and protesting what he called the agency “kidnapping kids.” He had already been asked to leave the office inside. Staff wanted him trespassed, but they never got authorization from the property manager. A Wasilla officer approached him on the sidewalk, immediately grabbed his arm, ordered him to put his hands behind his back, then took him to the ground hard and arrested him. The officer treated it as trespassing even though the man was on public property and was not resisting. Subsequently the officers realized he was not on trespass notice and even if he had been he remained on the sidewalk. No news story identifies the protester or the officer. There is no reported lawsuit against the city or the officer. There is no reported internal investigation ❓What do you think about the officer saying his "training and 11 years of experience" taught him that someone turning toward him justifies a hard and fast take down? ❓Was that a justifiable officer-safety-takedown or was that a dick move against a man not resisting? ❓What crime did the officer believe he was stopping the man on the sidewalk from committing?

HISTORYSHEETER ROWDY ARRESTED; FAMILY ATTACKED POLICEMEN A 26-year-old history-sheeter was arrested during a ganja raid in Pulianthope after police seized narcotic substances from his residence. Police also registered a separate case against his relatives for attacking officers during the operation. A video of the altercation later circulated on social media. Acting on a tip-off about the sale of ganj in the Pulianthope, a team from the Basin Bridge Police Station, led by Sub-Inspector Krishnakumar and other personnel, conducted a raid on a house in Gandhi Nagar Fifth Street on Sunday night. The house belonged to Nandakumar, 26, who is listed as a history-sheeter by the police. During the search, officers seized 29 packets of ganja weighing a total of 10 grams and six syringes from the premises. Police said women present in the house initially objected to the search and attempted to prevent officers from carrying out the raid. After Nandakumar was arrested and police attempted to take him into custody, his mother and other female relatives assaulted the officers. According to police, the officers used force to protect themselves and bring the situation under control. A video showing the confrontation between police personnel and the family members subsequently went viral on social media platforms. Nandakumar was taken to the Basin Bridge Police Station, where a case was registered against him under relevant provisions relating to possession of narcotic substances. He was inquired further. In a related development, Nandakumar’s mother, Meena, went to the police station and demanded her son’s release. Police said she injured her wrist with a razor blade during the protest and argued with officers inside the station premises. She was later sent away after intervention by police personnel. The Basin Bridge police registered a separate case against Nandakumar’s relatives for obstructing and assaulting police personnel during the raid.
