The clown on the right swaying back and forth looks like Gavin doing an interview. Do any of these dopes pay any attention to the 3 whole hours of Constitutional law during their 6 whole weeks of training? It would seem not.

Perfect response to query”what’s your name”? “My name is The Plantiff” as yours will soon be “the defendant “ or defendant #1 or whatever…..

Great video, major props to auditor for knowing and protecting our rights. More awareness about LEO’s ‘Qualified Immunity’ needs to be made public to protect ourselves and not have rights violated.

The problem with this one is it’s the sheriffs department. That’s truly sad to see, but they did do the right thing in the end.

If it's unconstitutional, it's unofficial. And if it's unofficial, these officers have zero immunity. Start aggressively seeking remedy and force these officers to learn their place. God > The People (Soverign) > Trustees/Servants/Magistrates (Not sovereign)

🥵Man on ground being handcuffed: "Why are you being so rough with me?" 👮‍♀️Officer: Because you refuse to listen and turned away from me." In 2018 in Wasilla, Alaska, a man stood on the public sidewalk outside the Office of Children’s Services holding a sign and protesting what he called the agency “kidnapping kids.” He had already been asked to leave the office inside. Staff wanted him trespassed, but they never got authorization from the property manager. A Wasilla officer approached him on the sidewalk, immediately grabbed his arm, ordered him to put his hands behind his back, then took him to the ground hard and arrested him. The officer treated it as trespassing even though the man was on public property and was not resisting. Subsequently the officers realized he was not on trespass notice and even if he had been he remained on the sidewalk. No news story identifies the protester or the officer. There is no reported lawsuit against the city or the officer. There is no reported internal investigation ❓What do you think about the officer saying his "training and 11 years of experience" taught him that someone turning toward him justifies a hard and fast take down? ❓Was that a justifiable officer-safety-takedown or was that a dick move against a man not resisting? ❓What crime did the officer believe he was stopping the man on the sidewalk from committing?

An independent citizen or journalist approaches an employee at a front desk and politely requests to see the office's "Published Procedures Manual," citing Washington State Public Records Law (RCW 42.56.040). The law explicitly states that local agencies must "prominently display and make available for inspection" these rules. The employee is helpful but admits he doesn't know where it is kept. He attempts to find it but is unable to locate a physical copy. The citizen is directed to a back office to speak with the records manager. When he asks for the manual, the manager's attitude shifts to defensive and unhelpful. She claims "we don't have a procedure manual that we post," directly contradicting the law shown on the screen. When the citizen points out that the statute mandates it be publicly available, she refuses to help further and says, "I'm going to ask that that lawfully stay off the... what you're talking about... you can go get it." As the citizen continues to state his legal right to inspect the records, she walks away, cuts him off, and calls for security, stating, "I suggest stopping coming here trying to start surfing... no, I want to inspect the... you go look for me." A court security officer arrives to handle the situation. The conversation turns into a legal debate about the definitions of "orderly conduct" and "trespassing." The Security Officer's Stance: He tells the citizen that because the staff doesn't want to help him, he is "disorderly" and must leave. He threatens to trespass the citizen and escort him out in handcuffs if he does not comply. The citizen remains completely calm and argues that he is conducting lawful public business. He points out a different statute (RCW 40.16.010), which states that it is a class C felony for a public officer to willfully conceal or obliterate public records. He argues that by refusing to show the mandatory manual, the staff is committing a crime. This story highlights a classic clash between transparency laws and bureaucratic resistance. While the law heavily favors the citizen's right to view the agency's procedures without having to file a formal, delayed records request, the staff and security treat the persistent request as a disruption, ultimately using the threat of arrest to remove him from the public space.

This is how you educate officers that clearly do not understand the law or their job. As the conversation goes on you can see the the male officer realizes he is wrong but instead of taking the L he tries to double down on his error but in the end is forced to do that walk of shame. COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO — Public Rights vs. State Property: First Amendment Auditor Threatened with Arrest for Obstructing Outside State-Run Liquor Store. What happens when a state-run business tries to trespass a citizen from public property for filming? This intense confrontation breaks down the exact legal battleground between a First Amendment auditor and the Coeur d'Alene Police Department. The videographer was standing on the sidewalk outside a state-owned and operated liquor store, exercising his right to film and take photographs. Taking issue with being recorded, a store employee confronted the auditor and requested he leave. When the auditor refused—maintaining he was on public property—management called law enforcement to issue a formal trespass warning. When Officer J. Chaffin and Officer C. Ziegler arrived on the scene, a massive constitutional debate unfolded: The Auditor’s Stance: Because the liquor store is a state-owned entity, the surrounding property and sidewalks are publicly funded, open spaces. He argues that citizens cannot be trespassed from public property unless they are actively committing a crime, asserting his 1st Amendment right to record and 4th Amendment right against unlawful seizure. The Police Stance: Officers countered that even though the business is state-run, it functions as a commercial space open for public commerce. They argued that management retains the right to refuse service and remove individuals deemed disruptive, and that refusing to leave constitutes criminal trespass. The ID Demand: Officer Chaffin demands the auditor’s identification, explicitly stating that failure to comply will result in an immediate arrest for obstructing and resisting. Qualified Immunity Threatened: While complying under the threat of arrest, the auditor fires back, telling Officer Ziegler that the department is violating his constitutional rights and that they will face a personal lawsuit and lose their qualified immunity. The "Hypothetical" Stand-off: Officer Ziegler attempts to use hypothetical scenarios to justify the trespass order, but the auditor shuts it down, demanding they stick to the reality: he was standing 20 to 30 feet away, completely peaceful, minding his own business. Ultimately, the officers documented his information, issued the official trespass warning, and walked away without making an arrest—leaving the auditor to give them a parting shot as they drove off.
