LA Incident 🐰 When in LA, myself, byulie, hairstylist, the 3 of us and 2 male managers. 5 of us were walking on the streets, 3 of us girls were walking at the front and both male managers were at the back. The was a guy opposite us, in a blink of an eye, he suddenly appeared on our side. I was like 'huh?' , he was holding onto a chair over his shoulders, I was like 'huh?' And then suddenly, that guy started swearing in english. And the suddenly, he threw the chair at me, so I got hit by the chair, he threw it towards the ground near me and I got hit. That was the first time in my life that that has happened to me. I had the thought that he was a weird person, both of us don't even k ow each other. So I got hit and both managers came forward and stopped him, and then he just left. I was so shocked! That was the first time in my life that that has happened to me, I was so flustered and I was like 'Oh..... what was that....' That person just suddenly threw a chair at me, I didn't even scream in shock I was just like 'Oh.....? What was that....?'. That happened a few days ago, and the chair was a wooden chair, so it broke when he threw it and I had a bruise on my leg but it's not there now. This man was criticized for expecting a “thank you” for a good deed. He always saw the same man walking when he drove to work. He assumed the man was walking because he did not have any other means of transportation. He used his own money and bought the man an electric scooter, the man took the scooter and just silently walked away, no thank you or anything else at all. I don’t think that was too much to ask, a thank you goes a long way, otherwise it makes people look ungrateful. Back in college, I had a classmate that I always saw walking home after class. It didn’t matter whether it was raining or snowing, or hot out. Whenever I drove past him he always looked miserable and I could tell he didn’t like to walk all the time. In class I had asked him where he lived, and I found out it was on my way home so I offered to drop him off because it was really cold out and had snowed about a foot. He agreed and we chatted on the way home, nothing serious just pleasant conversation. I dropped him off and went on my way home. For me this was a one time thing, I only offered because how bad it was snowing. After class the next day, he walked with me and when I got to my car he got in. I didn’t agree or offer him a ride that day but he assumed that since I was ok with giving him a ride the day prior that I would be ok with it this day too. I didn’t say anything about it because at this point I didn’t care really. So the next day came and went, once again he walked with me to the car but that day was different. I wouldn’t be going his way because I had to work after class. So before I got to the car I said “I’ll see you tomorrow.” He looked dumbfounded and said aren’t you taking me home? I said no, I have to get to work. He then asked me how he would get home, and I told him the same way you always have. He then gave me excuses for why I was being a jerk because I was making him walk in the cold. I didn’t argue I just told him I helped him out when I could, but I wasn’t about to go out of my way because he didn’t have a car and besides I didn’t want to be late for work. He didn’t speak to me for the rest of the semester because of it, something tells me I was better off not offering to help in the first place.

About that moment when I put my hand inside my pants, I wanted to apologize and clarify things to MIDZY. 🐱: Let me sit up straight and be serious for a second 🐱: First of all, that jumpsuit was riding up way too high, and it was genuinely so uncomfortable and painful. I wasn't thinking straight at the moment, I just really needed to pull it down. But looking back at the footage myself, I agree it definitely looked like my hand went in a bit too deep. 🐱: I think I’ve gotten so comfortable around midzy lately that I completely let my guard down on stage and acted without thinking. I am so deeply sorry for that. 🐱: But seriously, it was absolutely the jumpsuit's fault! It was literally trying to split me in half, so I had no choice! Still, I know it was wrong of me to reach into my pants in public, especially on stage. That was my mistake. 🐱: Because of this, my friend made me promise to do some serious self-reflection and repeat this three times: I will never reach into my pants in public, especially on stage, ever again. 🐱: So yeah, that’s where I stand. I went from 92 to 98 miles an hour by adjusting my drop. When I used to think about the drop phase in my delivery, I thought I needed to drop as hard as I could into my back leg. So that’s what I did. I dropped in, got into a squat position, and powered myself out of it. That got me to the low to mid nineties. What got me to 96, 97, and 98 was learning to create linear momentum during the drop. I started moving down the mound instead of just dropping straight down. One of the biggest things that helped was dropping into the inside of my back foot. Before, I would drop into the sole of my back foot. That put me in a very vertical shin angle and I’d go straight down. Then I had to push out of it. The simple adjustment I made was dropping into the inside of my back foot. That put me in a position where my shin wasn’t as vertical. It created a force vector that helped me get down the mound and build linear momentum instead of just going straight down. That linear momentum wasn’t powered by me. It was powered by gravity. I was able to use gravity to my advantage and throw harder with less effort.

JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk the first photo : “from the day that kid had to survive on his own” —— 🌞be called the last one i took with my dad before his father passed away. at that time i never expected it would happen. during COVID i was in China to compete in a survival show having decided to leave and sacrifice everything i had in Thailand to go there. but the pandemic hit the show couldn’t be filmed and i was left with only about 50,000B in my account — everything i had. when i returned to Thailand i felt completely lost not knowing what job to do or where to go. acting singing — everything seemed uncertain and nothing could move forward because of COVID. not long after that my dad passed away. it’s been about 6 years since then 🌞the reason i chose this photo is because it truly was a turning point in my life. everything felt like it had exploded — like i was completely cornered with no way out. so i had to struggle, do everything i could just to survive. and it wasn’t only me who had to survive but my whole family too. i still have my mom, three younger sisters and brothers who are in Turkey. that’s why i had to do everything to make sure my people could survive. it felt like every door in my life had completely shut every single one. so i had no choice but to search for new doors. luckily during COVID, many new doors eventually opened for me. honestly, in the days when those doors hadn’t opened yet, did i ever think this might not be the right path? no! not at all. i just felt that this was the path i was good at — and also the one i loved. i had already experienced what it felt like to be here and i truly liked it. i got to do so many things — dancing, acting, going to international fan meetings. it made me feel like… once you keep getting on stage, you start craving it. you crave the stage, the screams from the crowd, singing together with fans. it’s a completely different feeling. hearing their voices—it’s indescribable. back then, what I wanted was simply… i don’t even know exactly what it was but i wanted to see myself on stage, singing, with people singing along with me. And i realized i truly loved that feeling. that’s why i knew this was my path. 🌞because when i was younger, i used to love singing in the bathroom. and. my father… was the only person in the house who would knock on the bathroom door and say “stop singing everyone else in the neighborhood can hear you already” 🌞this was back when i was living at Eason Blue. basically the bathrooms in that house were connected. it was like a family apartment: upstairs was one relative’s place, downstairs was another, and our home was in the middle. so everyone could hear everything. my dad was worried that my voice would disturb the neighbors, so even in the bathroom or in my own room i wasn’t really allowed to sing. instead, i would go sing at school. simply put, my dad didn’t really support me much when it came to singing. he just didn’t see what this kid could become, or where singing could take me. and honestly, back then, i couldn’t see it myself either—i never imagined that one day i’d get to sing this much : nd now that you’re about to have a fan concert, where you can fully perform and sing… your dad must finally get to see it somewhere right? 🌞but in the end he didn’t get to see it.
