Is it weird that i'm attracted to a bit of what all three ML and AI-related roles do? 😁 Also, with how good the models are getting with, sorry for saying,"agentic behaviour" i.e. computer use, tool use, writing and executing code, etc. do you still see a definite distinct need for each role in a company as we move forward?

AI has made it easy for anyone to create realistic avatar videos without expensive gear. AKOOL and Synthesia are top choices for AI-generated "talking photo" videos. Which one is best for your team?

@swyx @lizziepika Love that we're defining AI Engineering roles. Key focus should be on LLM deployment, prompt engineering, optimization, and agent architecture - the most important skills I've seen in practice.

@lizziepika very nice video!! Playing devil’s advocate - for discussion’s sake Is the AI Engineer just an API Engineer? (Esp if the tooling is also just SaaS) Evals are certainly important, but it’s just part of testing that any engineer would have to do anyway.
