First take. No script. No do-over. This video is bad… but that’s the point. 😅 I almost recorded it again, and then I thought: isn’t that exactly what I’m talking about in the video? 😂 Sooo I left it. 🤷‍♀️ Creating SOMETHING is always going to be better than... show more

Kim Goeun at #ThePriceOfConfession presscon, about how she joined the work. > Actually, I first saw the script around 4 or 5 years ago when they were still in the early stage of planning. So at that time, it wasn’t something final. Just a casual ‘Do you want to just take a look at it?’ so I read it briefly. After that, I got busy working on other projects. Then I heard Jeon Doyeon sunbaenim was going to do it and I received the script again. And reading it this time, it felt completely different from how it felt when I first read it years ago. It’s not like I’m worrying about it. I just focused on what the script looks like. Then I thought “Ah I can do this well. I can do it well no matter what”. That’s how I joined this work. I said to them “Please let me in. I can do it well”. <

Bill Maher: “Another complaint I would have about California is that it almost isn't makes no sense to have [a g*n] because you almost can't use it because if you do, you might be the one to go to jail. I mean, you can shoot an intruder in your house, but you better do it exactly right. He better be in your bedroom facing you.” *Crowd Cheers* “You shoot him on the lawn, you’re going to go to jail.” “I mean, that’s kind of ridiculous, isn’t it?”

Heck yea I’m Tesla crazy. And honestly, that’s exactly why I’m the investor I am today. I’m 36 yrs old, but I feel yrs ahead of people my age when it comes to understanding where the world is going. Many call this luck, but it isn’t. Many call this a coincidence, but it isn’t I have an obsessive personality, and instead of fighting it, I use it. When I fall in love with something, I dive all the way in, head in first. I study it. I live it. I breathe it. Every single day. And with Tesla, that’s exactly why obsession is my biggest advantage. When the stock goes up or down, I don’t panic. I know what I own. I’ve seen and used all the products, the tech, the mission, the vision. I’ve seen it all evolve. That’s why it’s so easy for me to tear out the emotions in investing. The product speaks for itself. This is why conviction matters. This is why going deep matters. This is why understanding what you own matters. And this is why I’m all in $TSLA.

Probably shouldn’t have done this today as bad as my left side feels but I do what I can. 🤷‍♀️ Weird because my right shoulder is what’s lower than my left in the video. 🤦‍♀️

Lerone Murphy shares his honest thoughts after not getting the title shot: “When I first found out… I fell out of love with it for a bit, I’m not gonna lie. I got into MMA over boxing because I thought there were no politics. I thought it was simply: do the work, the best fight the best, and that’s the way it goes. That’s what hurt me the most. I have to get over it — it is what it is, it’s business. Just keep fighting, keep doing what you’re doing, keep winning, and we’ll get there eventually. I think it’s inevitable that it’s gonna happen, and you know I’m going to be champion.”

Ilia Topuria is confident a submission over Islam Makhachev is inevitable: “When I get the opportunity to fight someone, I always think about what I can do to really shock the world. So with Islam, I’m like, to shock the world, I have to submit him. That’s what I think is going to happen. I’m going to take him down, and I’m going to submit him… Everyone is good, but I’m different.”

I read Mircea Eliade's The Sacred and the Profane at least five times over the last two decades. I thought it was a masterpiece the first time I read it. But every time I reread it, I thought it was better. That's why I decided to teach a course devoted to the book. It launches today on Peterson Academy. What's it about? Attention. What grips our attention, voluntarily and involuntarily, bears on our deepest desires. That grip is possession by what is deepest within us. What is deepest is by definition what is sacred. Everything depends on what is sacred. That's what makes it sacred. The atheist or the relativist might object: nothing is sacred to me. But If nothing is sacred to you, your life has no sustaining meaning. There will come a time, if it hasn't already, where you will suffer for that lack. And If nothing is sacred to you, then nothing matters to you. That means that you are responsible to nothing and no one. That means that people should avoid you by all means possible. So what should be sacred? That is the question....

Marcus Freeman says caring for players solely to produce better results is manipulation, and genuine love usually produces better results anyway “It’s why you do what you do. I’m a competitive dude. I want to be the best at what I do. But that’s not why I do what I do.” “I truly want to make sure the young people you coach are better football players and better men because they chose to play football at a place you’re the leader of.” “It isn’t about wins and losses as much as…‘I want this young person to be better because of the time we spent together.’ That means caring about him as an individual. Caring about his family.” “You don’t do that for me to win games. But you know what? It helps.” “At times I’m hard on them. But they know I care about them. ‘I love you.’ ‘Now I’m going to get after your ass.’ ‘I’m going to get after you, but I love you.’” “When you feel that way about somebody… That’s when you’ll run through a brick wall.”

Now feels like the right time to share this. 10 seconds prior to the alleged shot, an anomaly appears in the sky and than disappears shortly after Charlie leaves the UVU campus. I don't know what it is...but I do not think it's a cloud. The first video was screen recorded from Adam Bartholomew 🗨️ youtube, and I used CapCut to turn down the brightness so it would be easier to see. Other then that no other edits were made. the second video is with a negative filter and zoomed in.

Would you watch a PGA Tour feed with no announcers? No talking. No music. Nothing. Just the golf and the fans. This cool edit shows what it would be like. While I don’t think it would always work, I do think it would be awesome if offered. Sometimes the announcers detract rather than add. Video: caseoftheshanks on IG

If y’all would indulge me - I wanna talk about the video General Flynn posted. Like most of you, when I first viewed it I was pretty much flabbergasted at the inclusion of not only an obvious nod to the famous “Tippy Top” Q-proof, but also the inclusion of a portion of drop #158. Now, I’m gonna stop right here and add a data point that I feel is relevant. I have done video editing for General Flynn. All I’ll say is that no video I made was posted without his viewing it and approving it. Could the inclusion of the drop have been an oversight or an accident? Of course it could have been. I personally doubt it, though. Y’all can take from that what you choose to. Moving on - after my first viewing, I watched it again, and then again, and then another time for good measure. Beyond the obvious, this video is absolutely loaded with potential winks and nods towards Q and the drops. First, let’s take a look at the video in full:

Two weeks apart. Same person. Different choices. This isn’t a “fell off” post. This isn’t shame. This is reality. This is part of the story. After the show, I went from 168.4 lbs to 182.2 lbs. And at this point… it’s a choice. I’ve realized something about myself: When I hit a peak, I tend to sabotage it so I have something to chase again. But the truth is.. Greatness is built by staying disciplined after the high, not restarting from the low. And as someone who’s lived both extremes more times than I can count, I’ll say this with full honesty: The pain of discipline is ALWAYS better than the pain of regret. So here’s the good news… I get to use this moment as fuel. I get to document the entire climb back and show you exactly how I’m going to do it using the same systems I teach in G7 Coaching and the G7 Fitness App. No waiting for New Year’s. No “Diet Starts Tomorrow.” We start today. It’s Game Time. 💪🏾😤

This is what Brandon Aiyuk said after practice “If a coach says I wore the wrong shorts, then that’s that. I might’ve got it wrong one time this year. If I can’t wear the right shorts, I can’t wear the right shorts. Simple as that. I mean I’m supposed to be the franchise player and we’re talking about shorts. Not the game that I go out there and die for. We’re talking about shorts. How silly is that? I know I’m supposed to wear the right shorts. I know I’m supposed to lead by example. I’m not shoving it aside like it don’t mean anything. I know it’s important. But we’re talking about shorts man. What are we talking about? Shorts?”
