1 Find the right stance 2 Don’t squeeze ya butt in it’s gonna naturally squeeze when when u come up on its own. Squeezing in will put too much pressure on ya lower back

Find a stance that’s comfortable for you

Break 90 degrees, keep back straight, when you come up keep a slight bend in your knees

Wear vans or chucks … idk why but it helps

Looking great, I'd say a keep them toes grinding in the ground/maybe a tad bit of a wider stance with toes pointing out 45 degrees, hinges the hips/stick ya ass out, find a stop on the wall somewhere higher than eye level, keep ya eye that spot on slow descent(lower) and ascent(standing back up at moderate speed but not as slow as you descended resulting in a natural squeeze of the gluteal muscles. You should experience a feeling of relief at the top. As you fine tune form going the above, add weights/reps until you've mastered if you so desire. I'd suggest lifting shoes also.

The form isn’t bad. I’d actually like to see you go deeper (if you can) which may require less weight. Additionally, she was right about not tucking your pelvis in and squeezing glutes at the top.
