The passing away of Mugo is devastating news. If ever there was a Heroes Acre for fitness and wellness enthusiasts he would definitely be there. He was a champion of the trade.

Proud of Pradeep Beniwal, Sr. Manager, GeM, for becoming the fastest-ever Indian finisher at the gruelling 246km Spartathlon 2025 held in Greece. He stood 42nd in the race globally, finishing in 30 hours and 8 minutes, an exemplary display of fitness, determination, and endurance. During my May 2025 visit to the GeM office, I reiterated PM Narendra Modi ji’s vision of fitness alongside reforms, urging officials to participate in sports and directing the management to support enthusiasts across the organisation. This is not just a personal triumph for Pradeep but also a shining example of how a culture of fitness creates a transformative and lasting impact. I wish him all the luck for his future and also urge other sports enthusiasts to take the #FitIndiaMovement to greater heights. 🇮🇳

Two fitness enthusiasts lifting weights in Melbourne had a less-than-uplifting workout, after a dropped dumbbell set off a series of unfortunate events. Security footage released by Dominic Siracusa shows his friend dropping a weight that bounces onto Siracusa’s phone, cracking the screen. Siracusa reacts by walking away and tossing his own weights in disbelief, accidentally shattering a gym mirror. #gym #workout #armday #weights #CCTV

In Bali, mobile skeletal alignment services (combining chiropractic and traditional bone-setting techniques) are highly popular among bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts🌊🏝️ The bodies of bodybuilders—characterized by massive muscle volume and joints and spines subjected to extreme stress from heavy weight training—cannot be adequately treated by standard massages or amateur "crack-and-pop" chiropractic adjustments💪😄 Consequently, there is strong demand for mobile services provided by professionals capable of deep muscle release based on anatomical knowledge, or by medically qualified practitioners skilled in powerful manual techniques📲🚙 That said, I am a little concerned about the fact that this massive, muscular guy keeps screaming in agony during the treatment...😅💦
