I was thrilled when Roseanna Hall from Shurugwi was crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe on Saturday. It fills me with joy to see someone from my village succeed like this. I celebrated Shurugwi because it's essential to support our own. Now, she will represent our country at the international Miss Universe pageant. I'll actively campaign for her to get the support she needs. People like First Lady Mai Mnangagwa and business leaders like Zodwa and Tagwirei should step in to back her, ensuring her win has a real impact. She deserves a car and a house or stand for her achievement. I have already pledged to give her money because I always lead in giving before requesting from others. Roseanna continues the proud legacy of Shurugwi in producing great leaders and successful persons as she follows in the footsteps of notable figures like Gandire, Marungwe, Herbert Mahlaba, Tagwirei, and President Mnangagwa. We should organize a celebration for her achievement, and I will rally Shurugwi Town Council and other stakeholders to make it happen. While she represents us, we should leverage her influence to benefit both the town and the girl child. Congratulations to all participants; they put in a lot of effort. SaSabhuku, I was excited as it was my first time at a pageant, and to hear that Shurugwi won was incredible. Now makuona kuti hatisi maShurugwi emapanga chete!

We are very grateful for the visit by Vice President Kembo Mohadi who today was guest of honour in Danga, Mberengwa, for the Lemba Cultural Annual Festival that was being held at Mposi Secondary School. VP Mohadi was accompanied by Sport, Arts, Recreation and Culture Lieutenant General (Retired) Anselem Sanyatwe, Minister of State for Midlands Provincial Affairs and Devolution Owen Ncube, traditional leaders, and Government officials. The Lemba, also known as Black Jews, managed to hold a great exhibition of their rich cultural history.

The passing away of Cde Matemadanda is an immense loss not only across our nation but also profoundly impacts the ZANU PF party and us, his Shumba kinsmen to whom he was a brother. He was a true titan of modern Zimbabwean history, pivotal in the establishment of the Second Republic. The narrative surrounding Restore Legacy cannot be articulated without acknowledging his name. Alongside Cde Mahiya, they stood as exemplary leaders, real 5-Star Generals who masterminded this monumental initiative by personally leading from the front. It is easy for some to misconstrue our recognition of these figures as diminishing those they elevate; however, we possess an intimate understanding of the complex dynamics at play during that period, allowing us to identify the true heroes. Matemadanda and other War Veterans, was undeniably one of them. He encountered formidable opposition, enduring the threat of losing his farm and getting arrested fronting the project at a time it was very perilous. At one point I took the responsibility of securing legal representation for him and other arrested War Veterans. My victory in Norton was, in many ways, a testament to the unwavering efforts of these War Veterans, who worked tirelessly to forge the first Constituency aligned with ED. Cde Muwoni, as Chairman of the War Veterans Association, was entrusted with spearheading the campaigns for that pivotal seat in the Province. The triumph there marked a significant milestone in the broader endeavor that ultimately ushered forth the Second Republic. Our journey in these treaches has been long and arduous, and we will not allow ourselves to be misled into accepting heroes that have been superficially contrived. We were eye-witnesses to the events that unfolded behind the scenes. The Second Republic did not emerge from the Army or some other external force but rather from the steadfast resolve of the War Veterans. I was even given the mandate to engage the opposition in pursuit of a united front. Thus, when we speak of the true foot soldiers of the Second Republic, we affirm our knowledge of their identities. Many of the presently lauded figures were, in truth, latecomers to the cause, arriving only poto yatodziya kare. It is unfortunate that, within the realm of politics, those who resort to deceit often find themselves in positions of success due to their perceptive understanding of what to articulate. Meanwhile, those who value sincerity and hard work frequently struggle to navigate the treacherous landscape. Mandirwadzisa Shumba, my dear brother. When we used to meet in Mozambique, he often expressed his fervent desire to serve our nation and our party in support of ED. The last time I reached out to him, he was diligently laboring in Tete to ensure the repatriation of our fallen heroes. What a remarkable man, what a true hero. May he rest in eternal peace.

What a day and what a race it was today! I had meant this to be a comfortable sail but the absence of proper training in recent days due to a bout of flu that I suffered came back to bite me. Still it was a great and exciting toil as I had to push myself through the 21.1km. Going forward I would advise the organisers that we should start earlier than 7:15 because temperature later spiked up and it became unbearably hot. That impacted a lot of the runners. It would be better to start at 6am. People are even prepared to start at 5am. A particularly poignant moment unfolded when I encountered a mother who was running with her infant. Witnessing her exhibit both determination and nurturing instinct was profoundly moving. In that instant, I chose to relinquish my personal time goal to offer her assistance, enriching my experience beyond mere competition. I know the uncouth will rush to contrive negative stories about this humane encounter. It's not good though as we should learn to respect our women. They are our sisters, mothers, girlfriends and aunts. Respect. I'm grateful to my friend Jeremy Manyonda who introduced me to these marathons. They have been such a wild and exciting experience. I dedicate this medal to my family. Icho Ndichoo!

Hezvoka! When I said this on 29 September 2025 many were quick to accuse me of attacking and character assassination. I'm glad that I have been vindicated. You now know I'm factual. I don't lie to attack people. I simply state the truth without mitigation and not for anyone's convenience. My credibility is of paramount importance therefore I don't create content but report facts that I know. Your problem is when you fall in love with politicians you become blind.

In the annals of the country's history Victor Matemadanda stands among illustrious heroes who remained steadfastly focused on a vision for the democratisation of the country. He remained alive to the founding principles of the liberation struggles. When the First Republic strayed, he was brave enough to stand up and led the charge, together with other War Veterans, in the creation of the Second. Him and the likes of Cde Mahiya are the true latter day Generals who should be celebrated.

For all that President Mugabe was it's very sad to see what is happening with his sons. Zvakaoma zvinoita kuzvara; a total opposite of their father. Mugabe must be turning in his grave as Bellarmine has been arrested for allegedly shooting someone in South Africa.

In an environment of naked ambition and explicit overtures to grab power the President is faced with the clear task of safeguarding his position as an elected leader. Many have discarded the humility of waiting and now seek to engineer their own paths to power. The recent Parliament power cut, the second such sabotage in as many visits there should serve as a wake up call for him to override the natural inclination to be merciful and considerate. Those he has been accommodating are not being equally acceptive of the fact that he is a duly elected leader with a mandate from the people. They are working through parallel structures to undermine his Constitutional mandate. I have insisted that ambition for power isn't of itself wrong or bad until one overrides the natural processes and begins actively working against the status quo to prematurely install himself. That becomes not just bad but treasonous! The party position on Resolution Number 1 is just that and should one object to it, they should have followed the laid down procedures instead of enacting treasonous channels and actively sabotaging the President.

As documented in this thread we have consistently reached out to various Ministries, Ministers and Commissions to alert them to the rampant corruption flourishing under his purview.

This is a true leader for the Youths, leading from the front without equivocation. Gwara remusangano! Well spoken and articulate about the actual position of the Youths within the party. Paradza must take over from Machakaire and Kandishaya should come in as Deputy as he is operationally efficient. After that the Youth wing will become very solid. As the vanguard of the party rumai musaite Youth isina mazino. Chipanga should be an example of what Youth leaders should be like. You should be restrained later by elders but always take the initiative to defend the party.
