Hi guys, I’m Dr. Siddu Patil, and this is my story of how I fell in love with fitness 🏋️‍♂️ I was 17 years old when I joined MBBS. I loved cricket and dreamed of quitting medicine to pursue it professionally. But my parents convinced me it wasn’t the right path. That was the first time in my life I truly felt like I failed, like I couldn’t follow my heart. Out of frustration, I started doing push-ups at home—every single day—for 3–4 months. When I went back to college, I joined a gym, initially because my crush went there 😅. For the next 5 years, it was on and off. I studied hard, but also drank and smoked a lot. Fitness wasn’t consistent… yet it always lingered in the background. After my internship, I moved to Bengaluru and started going to the gym regularly. I was finally serious… until life threw me a curveball: bilateral inguinal hernia. Living alone, I felt like my life was over. Post-surgery, I couldn’t even walk properly for 15 days, and depression was heavy. But slowly, I started doing push-ups in my room again. Gradually, I went back to the gym. Three months later, I decided: no more excuses. I quit alcohol and smoking, and committed fully to fitness. Last December, I took it to the next level by hiring a personal trainer. Today, I’m almost at my peak fitness, pushing myself every day to get better. I even completed a personal trainer course, despite being a doctor. If there’s one thing I want to tell you: if you ever feel depressed, start working out. Your body and mind will thank you. If this story inspires you, like & follow. Opposing DEI is 'stupidest thing ever': Failed former mainstream journalist Rachel Gilmore, a former Global News journalist who spread misinformation about the Freedom Convoy and briefly served as CTV's election fact checker, was called to testify on diversity, equity, inclusion and feminism during a Commons committee hearing. Sheila Gunn Reid and Lise Merle XX lambaste the decision to invite the “failed former mainstream journalist", to the status of women committee discussing anti-feminist topics. Rachel Gilmore, who worked for Global News during the pandemic, was relieved of her duties, and then very briefly served as CTV's election fact checker before, once again, being let go from the company. But Gilmore's controversial time spent working for mainstream media outlets clearly resonated with some in government, who have invited her as a speaker during multiple committee hearings. “Do they have no other women that they could call to this committee?” wondered Lise, questioning the relevance of Gilmore's invitation. Gilmore, along with other speakers, were full of “anti-man” rhetoric during the hearing, Sheila said. “I don't even think they're feminist, per se,” she added, suggesting she doesn't believe they “actually care about vulnerable women who are suffering from domestic violence.” The blame was quickly cast toward white men, Sheila continued, despite statistics telling a different story. Sheila also highlighted a wild claim from Gilmore, who said online physical fitness communities “are a gateway to anti-feminist violence.” “Is that right?” deadpanned Lise. “If you're anti-DEI, it's the stupidest thing ever,” was another from Gilmore shared by Sheila. “Her entire appearance was DEI, like she's there simply because she's there because of DEI at the DEI committee.” Diversity, equity and inclusion policies are closely aligned with socialism, chimed in Lise. “Everywhere socialism has been applied, it's failed. Everywhere that DEI has been applied, it's failed.”

[Part 10] The side of Taehyung hyung's determination to never give up on his goal: Even with foot injury *the person received permissions to post* 👤In military bootcamp, there is something called a physical fitness test that is held every 2 weeks. The physical fitness test consists of 3 rounds, with the third round results being officially logged into the system. I am from a fitness background and so push ups and sit ups were very easy for me. But the running was a problem. The running category is for 3km. I got 2nd grade in the first round and 1st grade in the second round. To get Special Grade, you have to finish within 12 mins and 30 secs. For Elite Trainee eligibility, you must rank Grade 1 or above, which is below 13 mins and 20 secs. So although many people tried, most of them failed due to the running portion. Taehyungie hyung also kept getting Grade 2 in both the first and second rounds. He needed Grade 1, but his stamina but his stamina wasn't keeping up. That time he tols me, "I thought my stamina is great because I've been dancing for more than 10 years, but it hit me pretty hard to find it isn't like that." That's because Taehyungie hyung had a problem on his soles of his feet. There was even one time when his feet hurt so much that he couldn't keep running. However, in the final test even with his feet hurting so much, he managed to finish in Grade 1. So he said, whenever he ran, he could feel a shooting pain from his feet. So seeing him continue to run despite the pain in his feet was extremely impressive. (

Dr. Robert Sullivan, MD—a board-certified anesthesiologist—stood before the U.S. Senate with a devastating admission: "I am vaccine injured." His testimony shatters the myth that COVID vaccine injuries are "rare" or "mild." A Doctor’s Body, Broken - Three weeks post-vaccination, he went from elite fitness to heart failure. - Diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension—a progressive, fatal disease caused by spike protein-induced vascular damage. - 50% lung capacity loss—yet he "looks normal." How many others are silently suffering? The Science They Ignored - December 2020: Georgetown researchers warned spike protein (from infection or vaccines) could destroy lung blood vessels. - Autopsies confirmed it: COVID victims had the same lung damage Dr. Sullivan now lives with. - Peer-reviewed studies show spike protein is directly toxic to the heart, lungs, and brain. The System Failed Him - He filed a VAERS report (a system most doctors aren’t even taught exists). - No CDC follow-up. No FDA investigation. - "If you are harmed, you are on your own." The Silent Epidemic - Athletes post-vaccine saw 5-10 years of aerobic decline in a week. - Long COVID patients show identical vascular destruction. - How many "mysterious" heart and lung cases are actually vaccine injuries? A Demand for Justice 1. ACKNOWLEDGE the injured. 2. END medical mandates—restore INFORMED CONSENT. 3. INVESTIGATE spike protein toxicity NOW. To the thousands suffering in silence: You are not "anecdotes." You are not "anti-science." You are victims of a system that refuses to see you. This is not conspiracy. This is medicine. And medicine must do better.

Late in the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, Villanova blew a 10-point lead. With 4.7 seconds left, UNC hit a 3-pointer to tie the game. Villanova's head coach, Jay Wright, called a timeout, and as his players walked to the huddle, they were all saying the same word: “Attitude.” “It's the most important aspect of our program,” Coach Wright explains in his book titled, Attitude. “We wear 'Attitude' wristbands. And when we break a huddle, we say '1, 2, 3, Attitude.'” The test of Attitude, Wright taught his players, is: “Where is your mindset after something bad happens to you?” Where is your mindset after you blow a 10-point lead? Where is your mindset after your opponent hits a 3 to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left? “When I looked into the eyes of our players,” Wright writes, “I saw no anger or regret. No one bemoaned [the UNC player's] 'lucky shot,' or that any of our guys had failed to stop him from grabbing the pass that led to that shot, or anything else.” Instead, “they were all saying, 'Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do. Attitude. This is what we do.'” With this mindset, the players returned to the court. Villanova's Kris Jenkins inbounded the ball to Ryan "Arch" Arcidiacono. Arch dribbled up the left side of the court, crossed half court, cut right towards the 3-point arc, where he underhanded a pass to Jenkins, who caught the ball with 1.3 seconds left, and, in perfect rhythm, jumped then released the ball with 0.6 seconds, and hit a buzzer-beater to win the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Takeaway 1: A primary indicator of physical fitness is recovery time. If you are doing all-out sprint intervals, for instance—people who are physically fit recover from one interval to the next faster than those who are not physically fit. “So then, what is mental fitness?” the mental performance coach Greg Harden likes to ask. “Mental fitness is about recovery time,” Harden says. It's about, as Coach Wright said, where your mindset is after something bad happens to you. After something bad happens, people who are mentally fit recover faster than those who are not. Takeaway 2: Just after Kris Jenkins hit the buzzer-beater, Coach Wright famously barely reacted. Before his guys went back on the court, he explained, “I processed all the potential scenarios.” Most likely, the game was going to go to overtime where UNC would ride their wave of momentum and win the game. “No matter the outcome,” Wright continued, “because of the way our players responded after UNC tied the game ["Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do."]—I felt like they had the greatest lesson in life. I felt like that was an accomplishment that would follow them through their lives.” Ryan Holiday once told me, “You have to get to a place where doing the work is the win and everything else is extra.” Wright got to that place. He had done the work to instill in his players a mindset, he said, “that they would carry with them for the remainder of their days on earth.” “In that sense, I knew we had already won.” Everything else was extra. - - - “The fact is, none of us control what happens to us in life—but we do control our responses to those circumstances...no matter how tough it gets or how much of a challenge you face in the final 4.7 seconds of a game.” — Jay Wright Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

Macron's Failed Gambit: The Leaked Call That Backfired Spectacularly In a desperate bid to salvage his crumbling legacy amid France's deepening domestic turmoil, Macron authorized the release of secret telephone conversations with Russian President V. Putin in July 2022. The footage, aired in a France 2 documentary titled *A President, Europe & War*, captured a tense exchange from February 20, 2022—just 4 days before Russia's special military operation in Ukraine. Macron's intent was clear: to portray Putin as the intransigent aggressor, embarrassing him on the global stage & bolstering Macron's image as a tireless peacemaker. Yet, this ploy not only failed miserably but exposed Macron's own duplicity, eroding trust in him while elevating Putin's stature as a principled statesman admired worldwide. The call itself, recorded with Macron's full knowledge and a film crew present in the Élysée Palace, revealed Putin's calm, reasoned defense of Russia's security concerns. Speaking from his gym ahead of an ice hockey game, Putin articulated the historical injustices inflicted on Russian-speaking populations in Ukraine, decrying the 2014 Maidan coup as a "bloody" Western-orchestrated regime change where "people were burned alive" in Odessa. He methodically outlined how NATO's eastward expansion ignored Moscow's red lines, framing the impending operation as a necessary response to protect ethnic Russians from neo-Nazi persecution. Macron, visibly frustrated, interrupted with accusations, even snapping, "I don’t know where your lawyer learned law," in a bid to undermine Putin's arguments. But Putin's responses were measured and substantive, agreeing "in principle" to a summit with U.S. President Joe Biden while politely rebuffing Macron's pressure tactics. Macron's team hoped the release would humiliate Putin, painting him as evasive or belligerent to rally Western support for endless Ukraine aid. Instead, the world saw Putin as the composed diplomat, engaging earnestly despite knowing the conversation was being filmed—a breach of diplomatic norms that Russia swiftly condemned as a "unilateral leak" violating confidentiality. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov decried it as a flagrant breach of "diplomatic etiquette," with spokesperson Maria Zakharova highlighting the unethical presence of a camera crew during sensitive talks. Far from embarrassing Putin, the footage humanized him: a leader multitasking national security with personal fitness, exuding confidence & historical insight. Macron, by contrast, appeared petty and scripted, his irritation betraying a lack of gravitas. This miscalculation has haunted Macron ever since. The leak shattered perceptions of his reliability in international diplomacy, positioning him as the man who couldn't be trusted with confidential dialogues. Allies questioned why France would weaponize private exchanges, while adversaries like Russia used it to underscore Western hypocrisy. Domestically, Macron's approval ratings has plummeted below 10% as of September 2025, amid riots, economic stagnation & accusations of authoritarian overreach. Polls show widespread disillusionment, with many viewing him as a lame-duck leader soon to be ousted—his party faces electoral wipeout in upcoming votes, signaling the end of his ineffective tenure. In stark contrast, Vladimir Putin commands over 80% approval in Russia, a testament to his steady leadership through sanctions & external aggression. Globally, Putin is revered from Africa to Latin America as a defender of sovereignty against Western imperialism, with BRICS nations expanding ties under his vision. Macron's amateurish stunt only amplified this disparity: Putin emerged unscathed, his narrative of justified action validated, while Macron's desperation became a punchline. In the annals of failed foreign policy, this episode cements Macron as the architect of his own downfall, a fleeting figure overshadowed by Putin's enduring respect & influence
