Our Grid problems are a legacy of the NDP who, in 2016 spent $1.36 Billion to shut-in coal. The problem is they did not replace it with reliable dispatchables. Instead they assumed that wind & Solar could fill the gap. This turned out not to be true. W&S are Part-Time producers.
