Fix #4: Chia seed water for slow-release hydration. Chia water > plain water Chia absorbs water and slows its absorption into the body. It even blunts hunger. Great for long focus sessions, workouts, or fasting days. Add lemon or ginger if you’re fancy.

Your giant water bottle is draining your energy. You're flushing out the very minerals your mitochondria need to make ATP. Fatigue, brain fog, and irritability are the price you pay. 5 fixes almost too easy to believe:

You’ve been told to “just drink more water.” But hydration isn’t about quantity... it’s about quality. When water lacks minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium: — Neurons misfire — Mitochondria stall — Thirst remains You see hydration is electricity. Not just fluid.

Fix #1: Prime your cells before caffeine. When you wake up, you’re underhydrated. Zero water for 8+ hours. To get back to baseline, you need elite rehydration: electrolytes + glucose Drink this the moment you wake up. Your mitochondria will thank you.

P.S. If you just want to eat and lose weight... without cooking or counting calories I made this for you. *When prompted, put $0 as the amount*

Fix #2: Use coconut water or bone broth to refuel. Both are rich in electrolytes, especially potassium and sodium. Perfect after workouts or afternoon slumps. Unless you are an athlete, do NOT waste your money on LMNT. You do not need it.

Fix #3: Build a daily hydration rhythm. 1. Add a pinch of quality salt and potassium chloride to your water 2. Sip throughout the day...especially during focus blocks or workouts. 3. Avoid chugging with meals Small shifts for a big upgrade in focus and energy.

Fix #5: Avoid plain distilled or RO water unless you re-mineralize it. These are stripped of what your body needs most. Always add minerals. Especially potassium. Odds are you're not getting enough. This is a major driver of high blood pressure, yet no one talks about this.

Chugging water is easy. Staying energized is not. Hydration is a mineral game. Play it smart. Or pay in fatigue. Most of my clients fix this by week 2... and the results are fast: Energy returns. Snacking drops. Want the same edge? See next tweet.

If you want more energy, fewer cravings, and to lose 20lbs by July... No cardio. No guesswork. Just a proven fat-loss system that works. DM me “HYDRATE” and we’ll get started this week.

Did you know? 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated, yet just a 2% drop in hydration can affect your mood, energy, and mental performance. 💧 Track your intake easily with our app.

We soak ours in coconut water.

Great feed, But Chia seeds are a lectin bomb for your gut.

Should you drink/eat the seeds too?

Yeah the seeds are what absorb the water and release it slowly. Plus you get the omegas and fiber from drinking the seeds too

@hqt about Chia being high in oxalates ?

@hqt Spinach too. Potatoes too. Raspberries too. None of these are bad or unhealthy... you just gotta not overconsume them like a maniac.

Chia seeds (all seeds) are absolutely terrible for you! Never put them in your system
