The moment I see your post, I like and retweet it, irrespective of being it watched or not (sometimes). Shows the level of ascedancy you've created 😅😅

Very good morning sir

Does this have be followed on fixed frequency? I follow 8 hours eating window generally but whenever I am out of home or office eating schedule goes hey-wire. Parties are generally night time or sometimes I need to have breakfast early morning while travelling. Is that ok?

It need not be done everyday, as it is not practical. Even one day of intermittent fasting in a month is associated with health-related benefits. So, practice IF as often as possible.

Good evening sir. Intermittent fasting in Diabetics ?? Beneficial ??

One of the Nutritionist of Naturopathy says fasting isn’t good for people with history of migraine type headaches or seizures.

True. Fasting can trigger an attack of both migraine or seizures.

Black coffee with ghee is permitted ?

Ghee is not permitted

Sir: I heard a golden rule for diabetics, no fasting and no feasting. Is that true ( in context of intermittent fasting? Or even diabetic can do it?)

No feasting applies to all. Regarding fasting, diabetics should consult their physician and do it under medical supervision, due to a risk of hypoglycemia.
