This one tends to cause injury to the tire making it prone to punctures ,unlike sealing it from inside.

Important tip, never pull a nail out until your ready to fix the flat! You'll lose all your air if you do! And it's best to repair the tire puncture with no air in the tire, you get a better seal and you won't blowout the plug like you can with air in the tire!
