I'm still not seeing any major news sites covering this, has anyone heard or seen any report that showed what it actually was? It happened when most people were asleep, but for those of us that were awake it wasn't normal at all. It needs investigation

It occurred on South Mountain not Camp Williams. Multiple people reported seeing it while driving on the freeway at the point of the mountain. I live in Draper on S Mtn near the point. It shook my entire house. At first I thought something had crashed into or hit my house.

Based on another photo and comment I’ve seen this is pointing towards point of the mountain. So not camp williams direction.

I seen this last night while I was standing outside I thought we were being attacked

I hiked up at 1:30. Just a small 3-4 foot crater. Nothing with burn marks. Some shards of red and white plastic were on the ground, even dozens of feet away. My guess is tannerite in a bucket was set off.

You saw how your gov handled the balloon incident. So don't worry, I'm sure we're in good hands with Brandon and Kamel's hump at the helm.

No word yet on what this was?

That DEF looks like military equipment, testing possibly.
