🚨Flashback: Oklahoma Candidate for Governor Gentner Drummond implies that Catholic and Evangelical Professors can’t teach students of a different denomination: “Do we really want public school teachers teaching your Baptist child if they are Catholic? Or if they are Episcopalian or if they are Evangelicals?” What Drummond is implying...

We don’t need to label this kid as being a Palestinian or an Israeli. It shouldn’t matter what nationality, religion, ethnicity or name this child has. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a boy or a girl, a child of a peasant or a child of a king. All that matters is that this is a child, and all children should be treated as the innocent beings that they are. If you are putting more weight on the life of a child of one ethnicity, one religion, or one ancestral line other than those of your own family or friends, then your moral compass is out of wack. All children’s lives matter!

Hills I will die on as an elementary school teacher, who just wrapped up my 32nd year teaching! 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to teach, this profession is not for you. 2. Our students are not “ours”. They are their families, and we need to understand the magnitude of the calling, and responsibility we have to meet them where they are, and to help them to get to a place that they never thought possible. 3. As important as the curriculum is (and it IS important), the children in our classroom are what matter most. It’s our JOB to teach the curriculum to SERVE our students, NOT to use our students to push any sort of agenda. 4. Just as we teach our students to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our students better than they were when they first entered into our classroom. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every child. 5. We should not teach our children WHAT to think, but HOW to think, and how to use that knowledge to bless and serve not only themselves, but the world around them. 6. Our words carry little (or NO value), if we do not practice what we preach. 7. If we don’t make learning fun, children will view learning as a chore, and we we will be creating a generation of children who grow up to be young adults who don’t see the joy in learning new things. 8. The child that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Never tell a child they “can’t” do something. God has blessed each of them with far more strengths and talents than we may know, and it’s not our job to tell them what they can’t do, but to help them to realize all the things they CAN do. 10. The legacy you leave as a teacher will never be determined by your student’s test scores, but by the human beings you helped them become throughout their lives.

Think about what you’ve done. You have mass-produced your children and determined which ones to have a relationship with. Then you gave away half of the leftovers. Those are your children. Just as much as the three you chose to raise. When you "donate" your kids, they don’t go to households that have been screened, vetted, and subjected to background checks. They could easily be acquired by a predator, by a seventy-year-old single man, or by a foreign national. Nobody will conduct post-placement reports or follow up to see whether they’re being loved. Some of your children will be raised in motherless or fatherless homes and hunger for that male- or female-specific love. If they are like other donor-conceived children, they will struggle with identity issues. And if they are not irreparably damaged by abuse, trafficking, or developmental struggles, they will very likely seek you out when they’re 18 and ask, “Why did you give me away?” That is not weird. That is wicked.

Make sure to vet your instructors and report anyone like this so they can never pick up a firearm again. I know we joke around here but this kind of negligence is exactly how people die. How to vet a firearms instructor: •Certifications are a baseline. NRA, USCCA, or state credentials are common, but they don’t guarantee skill or good teaching. •Ask who trained them. Good instructors are lifelong students. If they haven’t taken a class recently, that’s a red flag. •Experience ≠ expertise. Military or law enforcement backgrounds are cool, but don’t assume they’re good at teaching civilians. •They should ask about you. Your goals, your experience, your comfort level. If it’s all about them, move on. •Safety should be front and center. They need a plan, a trauma kit, and should talk safety early and often. •Check their online presence. Do they have student reviews? Do they list prices and course content clearly? •They should be respectful. If you’re in the LGBTQ+ community, a person of color, or new to guns, you should feel welcomed—not judged or tested. •Beware ego trips. If it’s just war stories, tough guy energy, or gear obsession, they’re not focused on teaching you. •Trust your gut. If anything feels off, walk away. There are plenty of good instructors who actually care. A good instructor doesn’t just make you a better shooter. They make you safer, more confident, and more prepared. Demand that.

What happens when a child learns that bad behavior rarely has any real consequences? 👀👀👀 All parents want well behaved children, but how many actually want to be strict and discipline them when they start crossing the lines? It can be easier to give in, ignore the behavior, or hope the child eventually grows out of it. The problem is that children are constantly learning where the boundaries are. If they discover that screaming, throwing a fit, talking back, refusing to listen, or deliberately breaking rules gets them what they want, there is very little reason for them to stop. Young children need boundaries because they are still learning self control. They need to know that when a parent says no, it actually means no. They need consistent consequences when they knowingly cross a line. That does not mean being harsh or losing your temper. Good discipline can be calm, reasonable, and firm. The goal is not to make a child afraid of their parents. It is to teach them that their choices have consequences and that other people deserve respect. There is also a difference between discipline and simply punishing a child. Discipline is about teaching. Sometimes that means taking away a privilege. Sometimes it means making a child correct what they did. Sometimes it means simply refusing to reward bad behavior with attention or a change of rules. Children who grow up with clear expectations often have a better understanding of how to behave when their parents are not around. Children who learn that every boundary can be negotiated may keep pushing until they find the limit. Parents don't have to be perfect, but they have to be willing to lead. If children are never taught where the boundaries are, how can we expect them to know when they've crossed them?

What if some of the most important lessons you teach your kids happen at the dinner table? Healthy eating habits are much easier to build when children are young. That doesn't mean putting them on some strict diet or making every meal a battle. It means helping them understand that what they eat affects how they feel, how much energy they have, and how well their bodies function. Kids should learn to enjoy real, nutritious foods while also understanding that treats are treats. Learning to read labels, pay attention to portions, drink more water, and recognize how different foods make them feel can give them tools they'll use long after they leave home. Parents also have a huge influence simply by setting the example. Children notice what we eat, how often we eat it, and the way we talk about food. If healthy choices are a normal part of family life, they're much more likely to become normal choices for the child too. The goal isn't perfection. It's teaching awareness and giving kids the knowledge to eventually make good decisions for themselves. What kind of relationship with food are you helping your children build today?

“They didn’t teach me anything!” Want to evaluate the quality of your child’s preschool? You could hardly ask for a better endorsement than this one, captured at the end of a three-year-old’s first day of school. In fact, if you visit a classroom and find a preschool teacher lecturing - or children hunched over desks, all engaged in the same teacher-directed activity - run for the hills. That’s because young children don’t learn in the same way older children do. They learn through play. They learn through interaction. They learn through discovery and exploration; through trial and error. The best early childhood teachers are rarely the center of attention in their classrooms. They aren’t there to lecture and drill, but to observe, plan, guide, question, and support the needs of each individual child. Never confuse a lack of stereotypical “teaching” in these classrooms for a lack of LEARNING. Or rigor. Indeed, these child guided classrooms are learning laboratories second only to the home in terms of their life-changing potential. If your child doesn’t come home covered in paint once in a while, or with grass stains on their pants, you’ve probably chosen the wrong program. Instead look for an endorsement like our hero’s: They didn’t teach me anything, but I had fun. And maybe tomorrow there will be more time to talk about possums. This happy little learner was shared to TT by carliewinkels.

🚨Either you are a politician, or you are a cricketer - Kaif slams Mohsin Naqvi🤯 Mohammad Kaif said :🗣️ "Are they living in the past? Don't they have a reality check? Mohsin Naqvi is in politics. He is the boss of the board. It's not like that. If you are in cricket, then you have to be in cricket. You have to go to two places. It's a difficult job. You won't be able to give time. You have so many political commitments. You have to run the cricket board. You have to see what's going on inside. You have to stop at one place and invest time. If you look at anybody, if you compare it with the BCCI, or if you look at it from the outside, nobody does two things. Either you are a politician, or you are a cricketer. You have to balance it. You have to focus on one thing".

Is your toddler suddenly throwing (or dropping) everything they get their hands on? Food, toys… you name it. You’re not alone. This week I’ve been introducing play schemas, 9 common patterns that can help to demystify your toddler’s seemingly random behaviors. And you guessed it: this is one. We call it the trajectory schema. If you take nothing else away from this post, let it be this: your little one doesn’t throw things because they are misbehaving or “bad.” Babies throw things because they are babies. And they are learning as they do so. Learning about cause and effect. Learning about gravity. Learning what (and practicing something new) they can do with their bodies. Learning hand-eye coordination. It’s a completely normal part of development. And the fascination won’t last forever. The real question is, how do you manage it? First, be proactive. Expect that anything your little one handles might reasonably be thrown or dropped. So choose wisely, avoiding items that are valuable or might pose a danger to them or others if they suddenly took flight. Second, depending on the age of your child, begin introducing some natural consequences. Put the toy/object away temporarily after it is thrown (if throwing it is dangerous or inappropriate). And involve your child in the subsequent clean-up. You can also redirect. Explain which things are and are not for throwing. Model the correct use of these objects. Finally, lean into it. Recognizing that young children are drawn to throwing, provide items that are safe and acceptable to throw. Soft toys. Socks. Balls. And look for opportunities and settings for your little one to explore this urge safely and appropriately. How did you manage your toddler’s throwing phase? Welcome your tips and tricks! This sweet little throwing machine was posted to TT by kristinnicole122.

All across the UK this is happening and it is happening every single day. The Patriot Platform is building a real resistance movement. These English and British men understand what is at stake. They know we must have a way to push back. While too many sit in the comfort of their homes, tapping at a laptop or phone and telling themselves they are doing their part, they are not. These men know it is time to do something different. This is a Christian country. This is England. This is our homeland. By the grace of God, we will protect her. On Saturday I’ll show what I’ve built in a matter of weeks! And then we go to work! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

BREAKING: Democrats Call to eradicate all Christians in America, saying Christianity "must be eradicated from public life entirely, the whole preposterous ideology at every level" MY MISTAKE! That was a quote from the GOP calling for the eradication of transgenderism at CPAC. This type of language is not only disgusting, but it's dangerous and if Republicans had it directed towards them they would be calling for arrests. Our differences make us stronger as a nation, not weaker. Those who want to eradicate those who are different should go read a history book about the Nazis.

🚨Vadodara Shocker: Should Teachers Stop Teaching Discipline in School? In Vadodara, a Class 10 student was misbehaving in class — clearly visible on CCTV. Yet, based on that footage, the teacher got 6 months jail ₹1 lakh fine for a slap. Question: Are we tying teachers’ hands? If teachers can’t enforce discipline, where will kids learn civics, respect, and self-control? Why send kids to school if parents don’t want them corrected? Crime kare to minor school me besic sikhani nahi bade honge to ? Yahi mata pita ko Ghar se nikal dete hai 🏌️ Is this justice… or the end of classroom discipline? What do you think?

🚨ICE was just across the street from my house directly in front of a school that had children outside playing on the playground!!!Thanks to my neighbors who quickly took action and called me to alert me. Absolutely outrageous. For those of you who keep saying that this isn’t happening, shame on you. Our communities continue to get terrorized by ICE and we have innocent people who are being picked off our streets. I hope their kids were not across the street at the school watching this. It makes my blood boil when I see Latino men doing this “job” who are we as a society and how did we get here. ICE is not welcomed in my neighborhood or in Tucson! Know your rights, my friends. If you are a bystander ICE has NO authority over U.S citizens, you are filming them even if they tell you that it is your constitutional right. ICE is NOT a police force it is an immigration agency 🚫: stop vehicles unless they have reasonable suspicion of an immigration violation OR an official warrant CAN detain if reasonable suspicion of being undocumented OR valid immigration warrant 🚫: Detain U.S Citizens and use guns to intimidate you

🚨 CHICAGO PARENTS, GUARDIANS & COMMUNITY WE NEED TO TALK. 🚨 I’m going to say this because I am ANGRY, concerned, and tired of seeing this happen to our children. We are hearing about groups of young people going to other high schools and surrounding areas, jumping students, intimidating them and ROBBING them. And let me make something VERY clear this is not just something being talked about on social media. I have received inboxes from BOTH adults AND young people making us aware of what is happening. I have also seen videos that are extremely concerning. I am not going to expose the people who reached out to me. They trusted us enough to speak up, and we will respect their privacy. But we CANNOT ignore what we’re being told. And quite honestly, we are not seeing enough action being taken by the schools to stop this. So if the schools aren’t going to do enough to protect our children, THE COMMUNITY IS GOING TO STEP UP. 👊🏾 MEN OF OUR COMMUNITIES WE NEED YOU! If you are a responsible, community minded man who is available after school and willing to help, we are asking you to come out and help us patrol the areas around our schools. We WILL be out there. Not looking for fights. Not looking for confrontation. Not taking the law into our own hands. We will be there as a VISIBLE COMMUNITY PRESENCE watching out for our children, helping deter these groups from targeting students, and contacting school officials or law enforcement when necessary. Our kids need to see that the adults in their community are watching. They need to know that when they walk out of school, someone is looking out for them. This isn’t about one school, one neighborhood, or one group of kids. THIS IS ABOUT ALL OF OUR CHILDREN. If you’re a father, grandfather, uncle, mentor, coach, community leader, or simply a man who cares about our children and has the time to help WE NEED YOU TO STEP UP. And to the women and other community members who want to help WE NEED YOU TOO. ❤️ Let’s organize this the RIGHT way and create a safe, responsible presence around our schools and communities. 💪🏾 Our children deserve to feel SAFE walking into and out of school. Chicago, we cannot continue waiting until something tragic happens before we decide to act. If you’re willing to help, simply go to your neighborhood high school and monitor. WE ARE GOING TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN. ❤️🖤 ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. #ChicagoCrimeChasers #CCC #ChicagoParents #ChicagoCommunity #ProtectOurChildren #CommunitySafety #MenOfTheCommunity #ChicagoYouth #ItTakesAVillage #EnoughIsEnough

People get so emotional about DNA issues that they refuse to think reasonably. If you, on your own volition, wake up one morning, and decide to go have a DNA paternity test of "your" children, then you must also be ready for the results that will come back to you. You must have reasonable cause to go for the test. That reasonable cause means you are not 100% sure if the kids are yours and hence need a confirmation test. The DNA centers are supposed to take you through counseling before you sign on to do the test. Don't go for a test and later come and disturb us online with the results. Nobody asked for it. The situation is different if you need to have the DNA test to help you complete some documentation for traveling etc. That one you didn't request for the test out of your own volition. So I can understand you if you are surprised when the results come. There is an Akan proverb that says "if you go searching for stuffs in the eyes of dead person, you will definitely see a ghost."
