Wheelchairs are not used to transfer patients out of an aircraft. The proper transfer vehicle is called a straight back and is designed to go down the aisle. Such fake crap.

It's likely fake. Airlines have weight limitations for crew that the stu wouldn't meet.

Staged. They have special, narrow chairs & assigned staff to help disabled passengers board & disembark.
