The Supreme Court may take down Flock Cameras and the entire surveillance state being built because it violates the 4th Amendment The Supreme Court just issued a major ruling that strengthens the Fourth Amendment protections that Flock has been exploiting “On the heels of the recent Supreme Court ruling on geofencing and how that violates the Fourth Amendment, a US district judge has now ruled that tower dump warrants also violates the Fourth Amendment. As a reminder, the Supreme Court ruled that your location data is protected by the Fourth Amendment. That means the police cannot just pull your phone information via GPS without a warrant because it's considered a search, citing Carpenter v. United States This Mississippi judge is essentially calling out police for using a loophole to still grab similar data from people and is trying to close it by saying that these tower dump warrants are too general because it still grabs your location data, which is therefore subject to probable cause and more specific warrants because it's considered a search which is protected by the Fourth Amendment. The Supreme Court's ruling could potentially be setting Flock up for violating the same thing because Flock had previously leaned on Carpenter v. United States to claim that they are constitutionally protected and allowed to surveil and store people's data the way that they do. Flock Safety Cameras are no longer being used just as license plate readers or traffic safety This flock camera is a playground, there is no traffic to monitor. I found local governments are now just placing Flock cameras in areas where they believe crime risks might be higher Which means they are no just straight up being used for mass surveillance of Americans without a warrant This is the surveillance and police state being established Again, these are no longer just traffic cameras they’re being used for surveillance Ban them nationwide

So that reporter filmed a Flock worker installing a Flock cam on a public road next to his house... ...so Flock called 3 POLICE OFFICERS to pull over THE REPORTER for following them Yep, you read that right... the surveillance camera company called the cops because someone was surveilling them install surveillance.
