Here is the TRICK: State law only applies to behavior up to 2,000 feet in altitude. The "Geo-Engineering Chemical Dumps" are above that. So they think laws don't apply to them. The TRICK: Create state laws, "It is Illegal to Land a plane or Take off, if you intend or have released Geo-Engineering chemicals. And you must disclose to the state, or it is a crime." By making the law focused on the Landing & Taking off, those are under 2,000 feet. So state law does apply.

I reintroduced this bill several months ago as SB 508, the Clean Air Preservation Act. This bill would ban specific weather modification activities like cloud seeding and solar radiation modification within Pennsylvania. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed a bill into law Monday barring the state’s colleges and universities from spending money on diversity, equity and inclusion programs, and limiting how race can be discussed in many courses. “If you look at the way this has actually been implemented across the country, DEI is better viewed as standing for discrimination, exclusion and indoctrination,” DeSantis said at a news conference at New College of Florida in Sarasota. “And that has no place in our public institutions. This bill says the whole experiment with DEI is coming to an end in the state of Florida.”
