They do it when the person will not get out. Refusing a lawful order and making federal officers force the door is impeding. Tom Homan confirms that the Trump administration is going to greatly increase ICE raids at places of employment. This means they will arrest hard-working immigrants, which many American businesses rely on. The vast, vast majority of these immigrants are hardworking people whose only crime is trying to give their family a better life while contributing to the US economy.
