Musk's Claims include: - Breach of contract - Breach of fiduciary duty - Unfair business practices He is requesting that OpenAI 'revert back to open source' and that they do not profit off of their AGI technology. As much as some people attack Musk on issues, I can't help but see this as a positive move for humanity in general. Keep in mind that Musk donated $44 million of his money to OpenAI with their original "founding agreement" in mind. Whether the courts agree with is another story but it will be interesting to follow.
