They cannot use any information derived from a drone unless a warrant was approved to use it.

I would object LESS to ALPR-equipped drones (and mounting ALPRs on garbage trucks) IF "fixed location" ALPRs were removed altogether. Citizens become 'subjects' with 'fixed' ALPRs v. vehicle-mounted ALPRs
