What about pure olive oil vs adulterated? I tried putting it in the refrigerador. It was mixed, some of it never solidified, some made beads (what I assume was olive oil).

The honey test worked.Although I used luke warm water it wanted to form honeycomb shapes. I have to admit I thought mine was gauva.
