A little proof of the work for today. The dumbbell incline press is always humbling for me, but I’ve grown to love it. 85 was going up nice today, then I hit a PR at 90 on the next set. Hitting triple digits is a milestone I’ve chased for a long time, and I’m almost there.

Because I’ve been watching a lot of old Charlie Kirk footage, I’ve also been watching a lot of old Candace footage. And boy, she’s changed a lot. And listen, I’m never going to drag anyone for changing. I used to be a liberal, but then again, so did Candace. Then she became a conservative Trump supporter. And now she’s anti-Trump again. I feel like I’m getting whiplash honestly.

Even though i understand what it means and I know the definition and reasons for its use, I’m not battling a war on education and I’m keepin it simple! I’m not using the term “cisgender” anymore! I recently had two heart stents placed, and I recovered from a serious illness shortly after. Over the past weeks, I’ve watched relentless attacks from people who barely know me. It feels like a trend among some Irish influencers, a few of whom parroted outlandish claims for attention. I won’t dignify unfounded accusations or name-calling with a response, but the onslaught has been exhausting. Through it all, I’ve remained steadfast in my beliefs and commitment to my country, and I’m grateful for the few honest voices who offered support when I needed it most. I’m not a politician, and I never will be, though I’ve always cared deeply about Ireland and its people. I’ve faced hostility from strangers who misrepresented me, yet I still stand by what I’ve learned and what I’m trying to achieve: honesty, accountability, and a better future for our nation. I don’t hate anyone, even those who disagree with me. Moving forward, I’m choosing to rise above the noise, focusing on constructive dialogue, and continuing to fight for the values I believe can strengthen our country. The Irish government is my target, the goal is a better Ireland for all of us.

Appreciate the apology from Will Cain. For any interview, you’re always told the general topics beforehand. I told my booker: tell me the topic, but no bait and switch. I’ve experienced that before on Fox, and I’m not interested in doing it again. I’m always willing to have a good, spirited back and forth with folks I agree with and folks I don’t. But it’s important that everyone is on the same page about what the general conversation is going to be. So again, I appreciate the apology. We can disagree, debate and even get a little heated without playing games.

I’ve been struggling. I haven’t been consistent on my socials lately, due to trying to maneuver through whatever I’ve been dealing with mentally. Since coming back to wrestling 2 and a half years ago, I’ve been very open and honest about things I’ve gone thru and it’s allowed people to connect with me in a way that has been truly humbling. I’m a firm believer in, everything happens for a reason…A couple days ago, while I was sitting with myself and trying to gather my thoughts. I was sent this video. It helped put alot of things in perspective for me. It reminded me of why I do what I do and why this journey has been so important to me. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS HAVING MY BACK.
